You're on a mountain. Mist fluttering in your eyes. As you enter you spot a form.
"Good morning."
Sheva steps in through a portal, snapping it closed with a glance.
She hits the floor hard with her left heel, checking to make sure the muscles in her leg were now fully functional. After switching to the other she sneered.
With that, she pushed forward with her foot and lunged, disappearing before the first step.
This would be one hell of a fight.

"Oh, I could never pass up an opportunity as great as this for the world!" Lance grinned as he himself, jumped forward to meet Sheva's attack.
"I wonder if we'll have anyone else coming to crash the party?? Not that it'll ever get too boring with you, my dear.
Show me all that you've got! I'm not holding back for anything!" twisted

Shevaun looks down at Lance from above. Her red hair lifting from her head, as if static electricity was being passed through her body.
"Don't worry. I won't go easy on you, Lance. I owe you."
Sheva let's go of the railing above and spins to the floor below, doing three flips before reaching the ground. The moment her feet hit, she stood up straight and popped her knuckles.
"Ladies first, love."

"Ha! As charming as ever. I see that you still doubt my abilites... Well we'll just have to see how it ends.
I have a feeling that this will be a long and intense battle."
Without wasting any time, Lance drops down to one knee and chants:
"Evocatio 'Ensis Exsequens'!" (Summon 'Executioner's Sword'!)
Within seconds, Lance is back up on his feet with his favourite weapon in his grasp.
"I've also got some extra special little tricks i've learnt just for you, my sweet Little Sheva'. But i'll hold on to them for a while to keep the suspense going." wink

'That sword again, huh?' Shevaun remembered what Lance did to her with that weapon. And it sure as hell wouldn't happen again. She slowly looked him up and down, thinking how to attack him first.

Lance knew Shevaun was carefully analyzing the situation before she would attack, as the last battle she was in gave her a bit more of a 'shock' than she would have expected.
So because she wasn't going to attack too soon, Lance started to mutter one of his new spells he'd learnt...
"Παρακρατημένο ξόρκι" (With-held Incantation)
"Unus Fulgor Concidens Noctem, in Mea Manu Ens Inimicum Edat! Fulguratio Albicans!"
(A stream of light to cut through the night, spring forth from my hand and strike! White Lightning!)
"It won't just be my sword you'll have to watch out for my darling." Lance called out, bowing slightly to Sheva, before he rushed towards he at a stunning pace.

Sheva spins off to the side and behind him, shoving him in the back playfully.
"C'mon Lance. A little faster."
Knowing how he might react to that, she took a step back in her fighting stance.

"Ha. Is it me getting slower or you getting faster??
I'm going to have to push myself a bit further..."
Lance spun around, grating the tip of his blade across the rock, sending little sparks of hot metal spitting out.
"Lets how fast you really are." Lance said, straifing around Sheva', not taking his eyes of her for a second...

Shevaun leaned forward like a runner on track, touching the floor with her fingers.
"Can you keep up?"
Then she was gone.

Lance was mistified... "What!? ... How did you vanish like that? where are you??"
Lance looked around himself carefully... A thick mist had started decending upon the cliff-top, limiting his vision even further...
He stood dead still in a defensive stance. Ready and waiting.

Shevaun appears above, flying down at Lance with her fist clenched.
"Dodge me!"
Before landing she disappeared again. Flashing into vision every now and then.

Lance was getting a bit spooked... He'd never seen Shevaun use this skill before.
He put all his effort of concentration into trying to get a lock onto Sheva', but she kept appearing and disappearing too quickly.
He tryed looking for a pattern she'd be making subconciously, but he couldn't work one out...
She was being completely random. He'd have to rely on luck...

(Release the spell held within)
Lance spun around dropping into a crouch, letting go of his sword to slammed his hands on the ground... The sky darkened and suddenly a huge lightning storm of pure bright-white electricity errupted around him.
As the sky lightened again, the mist was gone. Lance glanced around, looking for Sheva'...

Shevaun appears once more, leaping forward when she hit the ground.
"Close combat, Lance!" she said, swinging her leg around to strike his arm as he blocked.

Lance tried grabbing her leg in mid-air but missed. He dodged out of her reach and clapped his hands together.
"Αναφλέξτε!" (Ignite!)
Flames danced across lances hands, spreading past his wrists and up his arms...
"I'm not used to fire based spells, so it's not too impressive at the moment... But I have only just learnt it." Lance said casually before rolling along the ground to face sheva's side and made a grab for her arm.

Caught by surprise, Shevaun kept her distance for a minute.
'Alright...so I know this much...he has a thing for magic. So the best thing to do is to keep up the pace..' To calm herself down a bit, Sheva began to bounce on her toes, staying nimble. 'He has a sword, so close combat may be an issue. So how can I...?'
Shevaun suddenly smiled. An idea hit her.
'Maybe a distraction will allow me to get a little closer.'
That was it, she grasped that idea and yanked down her gloves; flexing slightly.
"Lance...!" She called, snapping her fingers. A cardboard box flashed into view from an open portal and landed to the right of her feet. "How good are you at defensive moves?"
Shevaun wasn't going to joke around in this battle. She had to use every bit of brain power to overwhelm her opponent.
