Which of the three stories concerning persocoms did you like the most, and which ones did you think were the most emotional? Personally I found Manager Ueda's, I mean for a man to fall in love with a persocom and then to have her 'die' in his arms is pretty harsh.

I think manager Ueda's story for some reason was the most touching story of them all. Even though a man loved a machine, it still was tragic how she began to lose memory...even of him. And to die in his arms was really sad and emotional. sad

I actually found Takako's story the most painful, though in the end she did become happy.
Still, though Manager Ueda's story is sad, I find it to hurt more when the one you love decides to leave you for another (in Takako's case, a machine) rather than actually die. When they die, you're almost certain, if not fully certain, that that one person loved you more than anything, especially if they "give up their life" for you, as in Yumi and Ueda's case.
But Takako... her own husband, rather than dying, ditched her gradually, then finally one day left her for good. Without even a word. I find her story more heart wrenching, even though it wasn't touched up on as much as Ueda's story.

Minoru's story sounds more sick and twisted than sad, although it's not really that weird. But in the end he never felt the love from Yazuki that he did from his sister.

The manager's story remindes me most of Hideki/Chi's story. It was very sad how much pain he was in, when the persocom couldn't feel his sadness.

Yukikyo The manager's story remindes me most of Hideki/Chi's story. It was very sad how much pain he was in, when the persocom couldn't feel his sadness. And how Hideki, like the manager, starts seeing Chi less and less as a machine, espicially when he repeats the line Ueda used: "She's not and it! Don't lump her in with the rest!"
