Setting: Grassy Plain around noon time. The sun is covered by clouds and the field is covered in a shadow.
Conditions: A friendly spar, killing intent would be extremely rare in this kind of situation.

((about the frendly spar.. yea for Vincent he kinda thinks a friendly spar can put him in the hospital for a while))  Vincent Yadomaru
|Captian Rank A| "Back from the dead..." -l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l- Vincent's massive reitsu could be felt in the distance as he slowly walked to the middle of the field. Vincent's haori trailed lzily behind him as a small breeze hit the cloth. Vincent cricked his neck and spoke to himself. "I heard that this guy is suposed to be one of the strongest.. I do hope he doesn't die to fast" He said in a slight excited tone. After waiting for a moment he dropped to the ground with a plop and sat with his legs crossed and one of his hands in the folds of his kosode. -l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l- "..Ready for round two?"

Jatai appeared in an instant, about 40 meters away from Vincent. He was sitting in a lotus position, his baggy eyes looking up towards his opponent. Wuyari was sheathed in a black sheath that was belted horizontally on Jatai's back. The same belt held Weinihonto and Kanuzamé in place, crossed on Jatai's back. While he sat, he lifted his left hand up towards the left side of his face, pushing the hair that framed his face aside, and scratched his left cheek. He gave an odd smile as he got a good sight of his opponent. " Hmm..you look like an interesting opponent." As Jatai said that, he moved his left hand down towards his chin, and brought his index finger up, in order to give a gentle bite on the tip. " My name is Jatai, nice to meet ya." The look in Jatai's eyes, wasn't really the look one would give before starting a match. In fact, his eyes didn't give a hint of seriousness at all.

Vincent Yadomaru
|Captian Rank A| "Back from the dead..." -l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l- Vincent nodded at the ninja when he said his name and began to state his own. "I am Vincent Yadomaru Ca.. eh.. Right nevermind.." Vincent shook his head and then ran his fingers through his hair. "God it sucks being dead...." Vincent said bluntly as though it were an almost normal thing to say. "Alright so get up, I wanna get this fight a' rollin!" The tone in his voice was exited and hopeful at the same time, wanting the man in front of him to be a strong one. Vincent's hand trailed to his blade's handle and a small click could be heard as the blade moved slightly out of the sheath. About one second later the air was filled with his massive silver reitsu as it flowed around him, seeming almost free. Vincent grinned as he awaited his opponant to draw one of his own swords. -l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l-l- "..Ready for round two?"

Jatai rested his left hand on his knee, with his forearm facing up, allowing him to rest his head on it. For a second, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath, then stood up.
"Ok, I'm ready to begin."
Jatai, said as his right hand slowly inched towards Wuyari. When the blade peaked from its sheath, it gave off a short, yet bright, flash of light. At that same moment, Jatai became covered in a bright white aura. For a second, the iris of Jatai's eyes glowed a light blue color, then dimmed back down to the dark color the were before.
"Don't underestimate me because of my appearance."
Jatai said, knowing he wasn't the most intimidating figure at this moment. Jatai swung Wuyari around for a bit, and then assumed a stance with Wuyari in a reverse-grip.
"You'd best be ready also."
Jatai said, giving that same odd smile he gave before.

Vincent let out a sigh as he lifted the blade from it''s sheath and then let it hang from his side. "Why do I always have to attack first." He mumbled to himself then called out. "Dont dissapoint me now!" And with that Vincent dissapeared, kicking up the soil beneth his feet. At that same moment he re appeared above Jatai with his blade above his head and rocketing downward to cut deep into the target below him. Vincent's power was still flowing almost freely so it should not have been hard to notice him above and dodge or block although depending on Jatai's physical strength it was unknown if he could block a sword blow that would easily shatter a large boulder if that were the target.

Jatai gave a glare upward, noticing Vincent soaring downward at him, from above.
"Impressive speed."
Jatai thought to himself, while simultaneously, and swiftly, switching Wuyari to a forward-grip, while bring the sword up, so as to be perpendicular to Vincent's sword strike. With his right hand holding the blade's handle, and his left hand near the tip of the blade for support, Jatai managed block Vincent's incoming strike. The impact of the strike shook Jatai a little, as he feet dug into the ground more for support, luckily he had chosen his quickest blade from the start. Wuyari was a blade that was balanced in both defense and offense. It was Jatai's lightest blade, yet all his blades held within it a solid crystalline-carbon structure, allowing it to be very sturdy, thus, they rarely dull even after what would clearly be considered overuse.
"Now it's my turn for a little fun."
Merely an instant after the impact, Jatai pushed his right leg off the ground, bending his knee as he brought it up. Then, his leg began to unfold, preparing to send a kick towards Vincent's left side.

Vincent quickly reached over to his side and drew his sheath as though it were an actual sword and then held it out of parry Jatai's kick. While both of Vincent's arms were busy He thrust his knee out towards Jatai's chin then flipsed his bent leg out straight up increase the impact of the kick

Jatai took the impact of the parry and brought his momentum in the opposite direction of his previous kick, thus already gradually moving towards his right. As his right leg, began to come down, his left leg pushed against the ground a little, forcing Jatai to move right a little faster. Simultaneously, Jatai tilted his head in the direction he was moving so as to barely escape the kick, which brushed against his collar. A short moment after, Jatai's left leg pushed off the ground with the same force it pushed against it earlier so as to spring Jatai towards the right. His feet skid against grass brushing up some dust. Jatai then stood up straight and brushed some dirt off his cloak and looked towards Vincent again.
"Heh that was fun, and its only getting started."
Jatai gave a small smirk, and appeared to have vanished leaving a cloud of dust in his former location. In an instant he was at Vincent's left side, swinging Wuyari towards Vincent's left hip with the blade in his right hand. The blade was shining radiantly, leaving a glowing trail behind it as Jatai swung.

Vincent yawned and didn't even turn his head when he heard the high pitched almost soundless whistle comming from the blade slicing through the air. Vincent simply held out his hand, increasing the spiritual pressure flowing to it and caught the blade with his bare hand. Vincent pushed back about six inches against the blade and looked down upon the smaller yet very powerful man. "Release.." He said, almost asking, meaning for Jatai to release to his strongest form before continueing the fight. "If you do I will aswell, I want this to push us both as far as possible.. no more trying to test echother out" He said, a glint of excitement in his eyes.

Jatai looked towards Vincent and grinned. However, it was a grin that seemed lacking in emotion.
"Hmm...Interesting..."
Jatai slowly moved Wuyari back, placing it back, hooked in its belt, crossed with Weinihonto on Jatai's back. Jatai's face showed little expression as his body became shrouded in a silvery aura, wind blowing outward from where he stood, with the grass dancing to the change in the air. As the aura became stronger, so did the mass amount of air pressure that surrounded Jatai. Then, the Meian Crystals from Jatai's Biju, Amonojaku, surrounded Jatai's arms and legs. His eyes seemed to change as well, showing a little more seriousness then the amount he had shown before, the bags underneath his eyes seemed to shrink a little. Then Jatai began to levitate directly above where he stood, his shadow shrinking underneath him. This was what Jatai called his Saigouji Form, which he rarely used in combat, mixing the power of his Biju with his inner self that was sealed away in his three blades. Jatai then looked directly at Vincent, and prepared to see how much power Vincent could unleash.
