I'm on the 7 day break right now, but I forgot whether I took my last pill on either monday or tuesday.
What shall I do, since you're meant to start a new pack exactly a week later after finising a pack?

You could call your doctor's office and ask for their advice. But if I were you I would probably take the new pill on Monday. Because I figure being a day early would probably be better than being a day late.

To keep this from happening again, you can ask your doctor for pills with a placebo week, keep track on a calendar, write the date of when to start the new pill pack right on the pill pack, etc.

Do you remember what day of the week you started your pill cycle to begin with? If you started on a Sunday, you start back on a Sunday. If you started on a Wednesday, you start back on a Wednesday. It's how the pills work out with three weeks of hormone pills and one week off.

I know this doesn't help now but I use a nuva ring. its one of the best decisions I've ever made. Much less remembering.
