This is a list of all the ranks in the pack, and the dragons who hold them. If you would like your dragon to join the pack, or you would like to specify a certain rank for an adult to have, or for a youth to obtain in the future, post here.
If you would like to add a personality blurb to you dragon, PM it to Mikaiela. Lengthwise it shouldn't be too much longer than this paragraph, unless they have significant history.

The Leader The LeaderThe Leader is responsible for leading the pack and for making the ultimate descriptions. She can be guided by her Council and ask for input from the pack, or she can choose to run everything herself. The leader is always female and is chosen based on age and how closely related you are to the previous leader. This is the highest and most respected rank in the pack, and to have union with her is an honor. The only way to be removed from this position is to die or resign. The leader is allowed to come and go from the bowl as she pleases without an escort, although she may take one if she pleases. -Tambora [X] She is fairly young for a leader, and in fact was never intending to be one. She is the daughter of the previous leader, Pandeiro, and the second oldest female. She became heiress after her older sister, Timpani, disappeared. She wasn't as confident at first, but now she is a bold leader and wants to believe that she holds the support of most of her pack. The HeiressThe Heiress is not an official rank, just a title that can be claimed. It often changes through out a Leader's lifetime. At first, if they are childless, it would belong to a younger sibling or aunt. If the leader then bears female offspring, it would belong to the eldest. This title is not appointed, nor accepted by the holder. It is just a fact and a duty to be taken. The dragon with this title will have another duty in the pack. -Vieno [x] She is Tambora's aunt, the younger sister of Pandeiro from another clutch. Personally, she has no intention of ever being a leader, and is quite confident that Tambora will have children eventually. She is content to hold this claim for now, to please tradition, and will be happy to give it up when the time comes.

The Council The SeerThe Seer is one of the more mysterious ranks among the Isolé. Out of this whole pack, he is the only one who holds the truth that Orielle kept from the pack. Not even the leader knows it. This knowledge is passed from the Seer to his apprentice. Even though the Seer knows the real truth, it is his duty to instruct youth and other pack members in the ways and beliefs of the Isolé. When the Seer feels his time is ending, he will take an apprentice. This apprentice is chosen from a male related to the current leader who shows promise for this rank. -Timbales [X] He is the older brother of Tambora and trained under his Great Uncle. The Elders (Available: 3 Male, 2 Female) Traditionally there are 6 elders on the Council of Elders. They are not always the oldest Isolé dragons, but are chosen by the leader out of the pack to be her advisers. There are usually 3 males and 3 females, but if no suitable replacements can be found, the balance can be upset. The Leader can also dismiss elders, and they will return to their previous rank. -Celina [X]The HealersThere are only a few healers in the pack, and this job is highly respected. Unlike the other ranks, healers are allowed to attend Counsel meetings. The two lead healers are full council members and allowed to voice their opinions, but any apprentices they may have only sit in on meetings. They rely on herbs and medicines. Some do develop healing magic, but most are either unaware or hide it. A Healer if always female. -Liz [X] Serious and dedicated, loyal and opinionated, Liz is always ready to make her presence known. Childless, she has lost two clutches and it weighs heavily on her, but her depression and loneliness only serve to increase her dedication to her work. -Falkina [X]

The Adults HuntersHunters hunt to feed the pack. While all dragons know how to hunt, these select few excel at it and are allowed to leave the bowl unescorted for days at a time on hunting expeditions. The also train apprentices that are picked from the youth that show promise in hunting skills. -Raxacor [X] She's a bit of a rebel and does whatever she can to get away from her brother. She's not really a fan of rules, but if they're lax enough she won't complain too much. She joined the pack because she liked the idea of its values. -Ciao [X] She has been a member all her life. She's rather timid and keeps to herself, but she's fiercely loyal and determined to do her best in everything, which allowed her to soar to the rank of hunter. -Leaf [X] -Colin [X]GuardsGuards are another high rank. They help keep the peace in the bowl itself as well as patrolling the pack boundaries. They deal with Northern dragons by chasing them away, but lone Mountain dragons are invited to return to the bowl with them. There are usually two guards posted at the bowl entrance at all times. Guards must escort pack members when they want to leave the bowl, and will defend them from other dragons. -Mercury [X]IsoléNot every dragon has a high ranks. A majority of the pack are just members living their lives here. All of them have basic training in hunting and fighting, but most never really use it. A lot of these dragons will specialize in a trade, such as crafting, entertaining or storytelling. These dragons usually remain within the bowl, but are allowed out with a guard escort. -Naomi [X] Her big sister Liz has always been there to protect her, so Naomi has remained naive and innocent. Friendly and cheerful, she wants everybody to be her friend and doesn't understand that actions have consequences. -Solacei [X] She was taken in as a young adult, and her naivety allowed for her to pick up and accept the culture quite easily. She's easy-going and enjoys the company of almost anyone. -Glider [X] -Vieno

Adolescents Hunter ApprenticesThese adolescents are trained by a hunter to become one when they reach adulthood. They are chosen out of the youth if they show aptitude for hunting, swiftness, and lithe build. Guard ApprenticesThese adolescents are trained by a guard to become one when they reach adulthood. They are chosen out of the youth if they show aptitude for fighting, strength, and larger build. AdolescentsThe are the rest of the young dragons who are too old to be youth, but aren't apprenticed under another dragon. They are taught basic skills in hunting and fighting by some of the older hunters and guards, but do not specialize in those areas. Sometimes they will learn crafts and trades from some of the other Isolé, as that is the rank they will attain upon adulthood. If there is a shortage of dragons in either of the categories, an Adolescent may be chosen to rise up to that rank. Outsider ApprenticesIf an outsider wishes to join Isolé, they are apprenticed under a mentor of their desired rank, who in turn teaches them the skills and the Isolé way of life. They are also guided by the Seer, and when he deems they are ready, they will be accepted as a full pack member. However, they are still deemed as outsiders until this point and are not supposed to be in unity with pack members.

Youth Egg BearersThese are pregnant females that are large enough that a birth with live eggs is pretty much guaranteed. They are permitted to move to the caves reserved for clutches at this time. (This rank can only be attained by obtaining a breeding slot. False RPed Pregnancies do not count, because they would not last this long)-Falkina -VienoYouth MothersThese are adult females that have youth-aged offspring. They live in the reserved caves with their children until they are adolescents. YouthYouth are hatched baby dragons. They must stay in the caves, unless they are brought and supervised by their mother to the area outside of them.

The Dead DeathDragons who die as an Isolé member are still considered to be an Isolé member even in death. While they are dead, their death is only in body and not in unity. -PandieroBanishedDragons may be banished from the pack if the Council decides that their crimes against the pack are too great. While this doesn't happen often, those who are banished are considered dead to the rest of the pack, and their presence as an outsider is not to be acknowledged. This deadness is considered dead in unity and body, so they may never return to the pack. LeavingIf a dragon is missing for more than one moon, or if a dragon leaves the pack willingly, they are said to be dead. This deadness is only in unity, so if they ever were to be seen again, they are acknowledged as outsiders and no longer a pack member. If a missing dragon wants to rejoin the pack, he must do it as any outsider would, even though it probably wouldn't take as long to complete. -Timpani [X] She was formerly the Heiress of Isolé but left right before her mother's death. None of the pack members know why, only the ghost of the former leader, Pandiero.
