That the guild needs more. You should make some subforums & maybe start an RP for people.
There's not enough right now for people to gain much interest in.

I would be glad to do that but it costs gold to create sub forums. We need to raise about 2,100 gold per sub forum.

Then we'd need donations from the members. I'd be willing to donate some, but I'm trying to get a guild of my own started as well so I cannot donate much.

I've noticed that there are a lot of horse and pony guilds, but none of them have sufficient members. It's an idea that perhaps we contact all of them and combine the guilds into one, or have members join all the guilds, or something like that.
It might not be the happiest choice for those who want to own their own guild, but for the members of the guilds and for the community spirit, it may be worthwhile.
