There is no post requirement for this rank, but I as well as other Judges will be watching to see how dedicated you are to the Alliance.

Judge Representative in Serpentarius & Leader
This rank may only be given to a person who has been appointed by the Order of Serpentarius and accepted by the Judgemaster. It can only be held by one person at a time and must remain active to maintain his/her role.
