~ Cupcake Anarchy is made up of a group of rich kids, who are not what you would normaly think of rich kids. They are 'normal' rich kids in the day, but at night the run the "Cupcake Anarchy" a club that the bands can play. At school, when it's their band class their teacher is the one who encouraged them to play, so they practice there. ~
