The now current, and for the time being permanent, residence of Xeeres, Samara, Toxin, Marigold, Thorn and Clair. The castle is a large, one-hundred floor castle, fifty above ground, fifty below, with several large, cylindrical rooms that span multiple floors on the above floors. The lower floors are all base, flat floors and have no cylindrical rooms like the top ones, but the lowermost floor is a dungeon, with crystalline structures capable of nullifying magic and magical artifacts if harnessed properly (that means you can't just hit some one with it and say boom no magic/magic stuff). There are hundreds upon hundreds or rooms and the palace itself is the size of half a city. The outside is a vast expanse of dark wasteland, with purple sand and a yellow moon.

The main entrance holds the main staircase that leads to the dome observatory at the fiftieth floor, and the lower stairs that lead to the dungeon, though there are several stair cases. In the center of the castle is a large cylindrical room that holds six chairs. On e pedestal in the center of the room is the most elaborately designed chair, the former owners chair, Jareth.

The palace is completely inaccessible to those who cannot travel outside of time-space. If one does so happen to get in between the fabrics of time-space, they would need to know the palaces location EXACTLY, or else be lost for eternity. Due to the palaces location, the residents may also travel through dimensions that are not their own, provided they have the means of leaving and getting back.

Clair whistled, impressed at the castle's size. "I gotta admit Xeeres...this is 13 kinds of awesome." she said and took flight, circling around the entrance. Thorn giggled. "Cmon Clairie! I'll show you my room!" she said and flew up the stairs the continued up to the top floor. It was completely vacant. Now that the Collective was gone she felt like she had a bit more freedom. So the top floor was hers. "Yeah I'm gonna see what I can do. Open up the space a bit, like a loft. Gonna hang up some canvases, It's gonna look like a art gallery when I'm done." she said giddily. Clair nodded, "Yeah, that's awesome sis. I guess I'll find me a place to crash. See ya!" she said and went on a quest to find her room.

Mari followed Xeeres. She wanted to claim a room but feared running into the twins. "This castle's really neat." she said softly as she looked around.

Xeeres walked with Mari to the main staircase, letting the twins fly up to the top floor. He asked Crea where Jareth's room had been, and she took the three of them, Xeeres, Samara and Marigold, to his room. It was in the center of the castle, on the twenty-fifth floor and in the very center room. It was enormous, the bed was roughly three times the size of his old bed, pushed against the wall furthest back, there were book cases around the room, pressed against the left most wall. He had a desk on the vacant wall space to the left, the space that the shelves didn't cover, and there was a large side table to the right of his bed. He walked over to it, running his hand over the carved wood frame of his bed, holding the skull in his right. He smiled and placed it on the side table. The right wall is where everything that wasn't for reading was. His closet was about the size of his entire room, the bathroom as well. Everything was so immaculately designed, it was really impressive. He looked over his shoulder to the closet, and saw something that he thought he'd never see again. It was Jareth's white mask on the wall beside the closet door. He picked it up and looked it over, a small, confused smile on his face. He didn't know whether he should be upset about Jareth's passing, or grateful. He sighed and hung the mask over his side table, beside the skull.

Xeeres turned back to the two girls with a smile. "Alright, let's go find you two a room." He said, walking back over to them. He looked over at Mari more than Samara. Samara would just choose some dark corner, or somewhere close to him. "Hey Mari, where do you want to stay. This will be my room, so you'll know where to find it if you need me." He said kindly. "Okay, let's go find your room."

Toxin walked around, taking in the architecture. It was a nice place, very nice. She had been there before, but last time there wasn't enough timer to take it all in. She walked around the bottom floor first, it took her a while to get around, but she found another stair case and went up about ten floors. She walked around and found a room she liked, but wanted to be closer to the rest. She walked up to the forty-ninth floor, the fiftieth floor was the dome observatory, since she knew the twins flew up. She found it was nice. Pretty much like the room she had left, so she decided that would be hers. She let some of the acid secretion form on her index finger and wrote her name on the door, marking it as hers.

Clair liked dark places. The darker the better, so she ventured to the basement. She worked her way down to the bottom and found the dungeon there. She then proceeded to check every floor, looking at the rooms, the architecture, the lay out. She finally settled on the fifth floor down. She didn't feel like having to travel that many stairs if she needed to, that and if anyone needed her she would be in reasonable walking distance. Wether anyone knew it of not, she claimed the entire floor like her sister. Her floor was smaller than Thorn's but Thorn needed the space anyway. She cracked her fingers and sharpened her nails. She scratched on the entrance to the fifth floor, marking her territory. She found a space that would be her personal sleeping quarters and made a tiny mark on the door. She'd have Thorn help her decorate later.

Thorn was looking at all of the rooms on her floor with delight. She was already planning to knock down a few wall to open up the area. She eventually came to a door that intrigued her and she opened it. It was a tall, cylindrical room, having to be at least several stories up. She smiled and flew to the top, hanging from the dome and looked down. She nodded contently and decided that this would be her mural room. It was perfect.

Mari nodded and walked with him. She decided on a room on the second floor and set her puzzles there. She walked some more with Xeeres, taking a short tour of the castle.

Xeeres led her through the palace after she chose her room. This place would be great for them. It was huge so the twins may almost never run into Mari. He was hoping Mari would pick a room closer so he wouldn't have to go so far if she was in trouble, but he'd let her do what she wanted. As he walked around, he looked to see what could go where. He wanted to make the place more like a home for them all, then a huge place where they lived. Not a single one of them really ever had a home after a certain point, so this would be the first time in a long time that they had an actual home. He made a mental list of all the things he would try and get for them. He would get Thorn some paint and canvas so she could do her art, and Clair an actual piano. Mari liked puzzles so he would get her some, and Samara liked her plushies, so there was that. He really didn't know what he would add. There wasn't going to be much him time now, but maybe he could get something nice. Samara had gone off on her own so it was just him and Mari.

Samara had gone off to the basement, holding onto her plushies. Her bear, her pony and her puppy. She walked down to about the twentieth basement floor. She decided to clear down the walls of the floor, clearing out the rooms, connecting them all, but leaving the shelves so she can line it with her plushies. She sat in the darkness off the twentieth floor and played with her plushies.

Thorn had finally finished exploring her floor and went to see what other treasures the castle held. The castle would keep her busy for a while. She would be too busy exploring to bother anyone. But then again she was efficient in nearly everything she did. So it would probably take shorter than most would prefer.

Mari stuck with Xeeres for a while, then realized something. "Xeeres" Where's the kitchen and the dining room and stuff? You guys did have one of those right?" she asked as she looked down the halls and into rooms.

Xeeres nods at her. "Yeah, there's a kitchen and stuff." He said, taking her by the hand and leading her downstairs. The main floor didn't have any bed rooms. It was the place with the other types of rooms, like the meeting room, kitchen, dining room and such. He took her into the kitchen, which was next to the dining room. It was huge, much larger than any ones kitchen should be if the person was living alone. Which reminded him. "Oh yeah, I said I would make dinner for you all. You must be still kinda tired from the lake huh?" He said, chuckling a bit. "You wanna come with me to get some groceries?" He said with a smile. He wasn't going back to the city, or any world near it (no I'm not going to go into detail as to where he goes). It would also let him get the presents he said he'd get. He wanted to make this place a home, not a huge freaking house.

Mari thought and then shook her head. "No thanks. I'm gonna just go back to my room. I want to put my puzzles back together. Could you get puzzle glue while you out?" she asked as she began to walk away. She made it to her room without incident and locked the door.

Clair wandered down the her halls and found it was still to bright. She would have to change that. She began taking ot lightbulbs and setting them in a nice pile, she'd give them to her sister or just keep them in case someone else needed them. Lightbulbs were too bright. She left a few on to allow visitors to navigate but other than that, no light. It was nice and dim now, just to her liking. But these were only the halls. She proceeded to do the same to the rest of the rooms, making them darkuntil she finished. Once she was she decided to see how everyone else was doing. She sighed as she walked the halls on the seventh floor and saw a large door, a bit more embelished than the others. She opened it and was met with, surprise, another room, just as epmty and boring as the others. Though it was larger in both height and width, it was equally uninteresting. She looked up at the large chandelier and huffed. This must have meant to be some sort of pseudo dining or ball room she thought and flew to it. She suddenly noticed something. Her wingbeats were echoing off of the walls. Clair looked around and touched down on the floor. She sang a quick arpeggio and noticed something wonderful. The acoustics were amazing in here. She smiled and sang songs, listening to the wonderful echos of her voice.

Xeeres shrugged at her. "Okay. I'll be back in a second." He said. And with that, he walked through the air and disappeared. A few minutes later, he stepped through the air again, this time he was holding a load of bags, but they were all on top of something huge. It was a large, grand piano. He was holding it up with only one hand, the other arm wrapped around rolls and rolls of canvas and bags of plush toys that he had gotten for Thorn and Samara. The piano was for Clair. Because the palace existed outside of conventional time, it would seem as though he had been gone for a few minutes, though he was gone for hours. He set the piano down and the bags and canvas down on the counter in the center of the kitchen. "Clair, Mari, Thorn, Samara, c'mere please." He called out, hoping they could hear him in this huge place. If not he would just have to go find them individually. Since he was in control of the castle, he could locate anyone within it and be there instantly. As he waited, he started stocking the cabinets and refrigerator with the loads of groceries he had gotten. There were a few bags dedicated to snacks, those were for him.

Clair stopped singing upon hearing Xeeres's voice. She appeared where he was and looked at him with mild disintrest until she saw what else was in the room. Her heart skipped and beat but she stayed silent, holding back any sort of emotion, just in case.

Thorn was the second to show up, covered in plaster. "Yeah I was doing some...renovating. It's gonna be so awesome! You gotta see it when I get done!" she said happily and noticed the piano. She looked at her sister with a knowing smirk.

Mari walked into the room and hesitantly scooted past the twins, making her way a bit closer to Xeeres. She stared curiously at the bags...and piano.

Xeeres smiled at the four of them, Samara being there as well, after the twins and Mari. He finished unpacking the groceries, so he had time to hand stuff out. He held up two bags and reached into his pockets, handing that to Mari. "I got you some more puzzles and games." He started, handing her the bags. He flipped up a bottle and held it out. "And the glue you asked for." After he gave Mari her presents, he gave Thorn the rolls of canvas and a few buckets of paint. "This is for you." He said as he got the plushies for Samara. "And you." He said, handing her the bags. As soon as she got them, she disappeared. He turned to the piano and back to Clair. "I know you wanted one, so I decided to get you your own so you don't have to go to the store. I hope you like it." He said, smiling at her. It was a pretty big piano, so he walked over to it and picked it up. "I know you're more than capable of carrying it yourself, but I want to, so... Where do you want to put it?" He asked kindly, hoisting the instrument in the air.

Thorn squealed giddily and took her present. "Thankyouthankyothankyou!" she squealed and disappeared. She set them in her mural room and took a pencil from her pocket. She walked over to the wall and began to draw her mural from the city, only this time, it would be expanded upon.

Mari smiled and took her bags then hugged him. She let go then walked to her room, locking it and began to work on her new puzzles happily, her tail flicking like a content cat as she purred.

Clair smiled toothily. She purred loudly, knowing the perfect place to put it. She touched his shoulder and took him, and her piano, to the ball room. "Right in the center." she said happily and when he did. Hugged him tightly. She wrapped her tail around his leg and kissed him passionately before pulling away and running her fingers through his hair. "You really know how to make a girl happy" she purred and stepped away from him. She was so happy it was almost foreign to her. She hadn't been this happy in a while and when she played a few notes and the sound bounced off of the walls, it sent shivers down her spine.

Xeeres smiled at them all hearing all of their thank yous. "You're welcome." He said to everyone as they thanked him for their gifts. After Clair took him down, he set the piano in her designated spot. "I try." He said after she gave her "thank you". He laughed a bit as he started to walk, listening to her song. He waited a bit, listening to her play. It sounded much better here, no wonder she wanted the piano in this room. He sighed happily and turned back to her. "I'm gonna go make dinner. I'll call you when it's ready." He said as he faded away. He ended up back in the kitchen, getting together his food to prepare dinner. He was making steak and mixed vegetables and potatoes. He knew they liked steak, and the redder the better. That kind of made things easier when it came to cooking the steak, but the rest of them wanted it cooked he guessed. After a while, he finished. He put all of them on plates and set them at the counter. They didn't have a dining room set, so he just put them on the counter. They could take them away if they wanted. "Dinner's ready." He called out for everyone. Samara came, took her plate and went back.. Toxin stood at the counter and ate, after thanking Xeeres. She was more for social time than the small girl. Xeeres just stood waiting. He didn't want to start until they were happy and accounted for.

Thorn was focused on her mural, she smiled as she heard her sisters playing and focused her ears onto that until she heard Xeeres call for dinner. She flexed her wrist and examined her work from afar. It was coming along nicely, a few changes needed to be made but it was going great. She portaled downstairs and sat down. "Steak! Ah Xeeres you really know how to treat a woman," she said with a smirk and got her food.

Clair followed soon after, still smiling and her tail wagging a hair. She purred and sat down. Not speaking just purring, a dreamy look on her face. She was elated, nothing but pure bliss filled her being. She ate quietly.

Mari came in and sat down next to Xeeres. "Something smells delicious." she said happily and grabbed a plate to eat.

Xeeres smirked at them all, happy they were enjoying their food. "I figured you guys like steak, so I'd make it for you." He said with a smile. He started eating his food contently, looking at them. He sat up on the counter and finished his food, waiting for the rest of them. He wanted them to enjoy their living arrangements. He sighed a bit, looking over to the fridge. "I got dessert too, if you guys want some. It's up to you really." He said shrugging, getting himself a carton of ice cream. He grabbed a spoon and started eating. He held it out for a second, pulling it back. "You guys can share with me if you want." He said, covering his mouth with the back of his right hand. He continued eating. He couldn't help shake the feeling that there was a problem somewhere. He'd have to deal with that later.
