for every person who is signed up for this guild we should have a meet and greet kind of thing, and everyone should dress as their avatar so we can get a better understanding of who they are. this would be like a social gathering in which we talk about changes updates upcoming events and to just have fun.
if anyone else thinks this is a good idea post a reply. thank you.

Talking about upcoming events etc is better track in forums where people can catch everything said not having to scroll up and reply to several different people talking instantly at one time. xD
Butt I do think that a meet and greet just to have fun and to get to know each other would be wonderful.
what map were you thinking of meeting on?

This is an absolutely fantastic idea! How about setting up a time for later this week, and we can send out an announcement several days beforehand and then again right before the meet-up?
In the announcement we can designate the time (PST) and location, and say that the server will be announced an hour before the event starts or so.

ok we shall st up a time and send out invitations to it. to the members of the guild what time zone should we host it in?

what time of the day do you all think would work around 4:00 pm?
we would have to send mass messages to guild members the NPC's the guild masters etc. if we really want to go through with this im going to need some help sending out messages.

I think we should have several meetings a day for those who wish to comply to EST and other timezones so people don't get confused
