Our old room mate is pregnant. I'd be excited if I weren't so worried about the poor child growing inside her rather large body. You see, she moved up from South Carolina with her fiance (now husband) to take a job that my fiance had gotten them. It was a great job. We let them live with us and moved into a bigger more expensive apartment because we knew it wasn't a big thing since they'd help pay rent. Well they stopped cleaning up after themselves, stopped going to work and never left their room. She doesn't take care of herself and always has her mom send her money because she overdrafts from her bank. She never bathed and never picked up plates or anything. She doesn't do laundry or dishes. So they got fired and moved back to South Carolina leaving Jason with that big apartment and the bigger rent check. Not only that but his credibility was depleted at work since the two people he recommended ended up never showing up. They moved into her now husband's parents house and then into his sister's house. She doesn't have a job and no plans. She doesn't have health insurance and I'm sure that she's going to beg her mom for money to take care of the baby but the money isn't my only concern. My concerns are:
-Where will the baby stay?
-What will they do for baby furniture?
-What about paying for the baby?
-Feeding the baby?
-Changing the baby?
-Staying up all the time to tend to the baby's cries?
-Keeping a sanitary environment for the baby?
-Bathing the baby?
-Health insurance for the baby?
