We won't have a chance to do this in character Tygris, so I suggest we do this here so we can get out of the way.
Also, spectators are welcome, in fact, encouraged. If you do play a spectator, please, make it guild people only. This fight is canon. ---------------------------------------------------------------
Angeal stood opposite of Tygris, his hands in his pocket, a rather bored expression on his face. The other teen had been very eager about this fight, so it would be impolite to have put it off any longer. Still, the boy couldn't really say that he thought it was a good idea for anyone to try their luck against him. At least, not at this point. All the rings that hand bee his hair were gone, making his presence quiet overbearing. In a way, Angeal saw this fight as totally unfair. With a reluctant sigh, he called over to Tygris, "Hey. I'll refrain from using any of my Twilight powers. Believe me, the last thing you want is for me to use them, and or be serious."
He wasn't going to say it, but Angeal was also planning on not using his keyblades. Despite everything that had happened to him, and the problems his stubbornness had brought about, he still hated using them. And with his current count now up to seven keys, using them would hardly be fair either. At least, not in his mind.
(Little note: Angeal's Twilight Energy is much like the energy in Dragonball Z, meaning he needs it for energy projections and stuff. However, it is not tied to his Mana [though it could be] and having it all really only allows him lots of really cool techniques. It doesn't make him any stronger physically nor does it make him faster.)

Tygris could feel the Twilight Energy surrounding him, trying to crush his body and break his own spirit in a sense. The teen stood and glared at Angeal, his smile gone and his stance serious. No gauntlets or gloves covered his hands yet, but instead a weak aura of mana covered his body from head to toe. It was just enough to keep the Twilight energy from having its way with him, but not nearly enough for anything more.
"I grow stronger after every battle. Do you have any idea what this match is going to do to me?" he asked, taking a step forward. It was true. It wasn't long ago that he was struggling against heartless outside of the city. Now he was able to stand in Angeal's presence without the limiter rings in his hair. "You're doing me a great favor," Tygris said with another step. "If we were both serious about this, it would be suicide to fight you, but seeing as how I'm the only one with anything to gain here then living won't be much of an issue."

Angeal placed his hand on Tygris' shoulder, standing behind him. He hadn't moved as fast as he could, not fast enough for his flicker technique, but fast enough not to leave a visible blur. "If growing stronger is your only concern, you might want to give up." Angeal jumped backwards a small ways as to escape any attack Tygris would have attempted against him. "You can grow as strong as you want. But will your skill keep up with you? Or will it lag behind?" he asked, conveying a very simple point. This wasn't going to be a power battle. Far from it. "Besides, your not the only with something to gain."
Angeal shoved his hands in his jacket pocket and turned his shoulder towards Tygris. He didn't really have a formal fighting stance outside of weapons. He had never really needed one, but considering this was Tygris, he figured he'd develop one in no time.

The hook kick Tygris retaliated with met nothing but air and then the ground. Angeal was faster than he could have ever dreamed. "Skill can only get one so far," he said, noting the lack of a stance in Angeal. "Power can bring an opponent to their knees," he said, digging his heels into the ground. "Ingenuity, however," Tygris said and then breathed in deeply, then exhaling, "can win most any battle."
Tygris shifted his weight from his heels to the balls of his feet, running toward Angeal with his left arm held up diagonally to block while his right remained at his waist for a strike. Once upon his opponent, Tygris instead used his left fist in a backhand to strike Angeal in the his right cheek only to follow through with a right hook and a hook kick with his left leg. All of the attacks were to the same spot and each would be right after the other in a single fluid movement.

The twins pushed their way through the small crowd, carrying various snacks and drinks. Thorn slurped a soda and settled in her seat. Clair sat beside her and looked down at the battle. "Aww..we missed the beginning..." she said disappointed. "Aww don't worry Clairie! It's just a little bit!" she giggled.
Rose sat beside the twins eating a bag of gummies. She was interested in seeing how each other matched up against each other, as was the fox couple who sat on her shoulders.
Mari sat next to her sister and drank her soda. She hasn't been to a fight before. So it will be a new experience for her.

Arlen was leading the way to the fight between Tygris and Angeal, a broad grin on his face. "This is gonna be so cool!" he exclaimed as he and his sister sat down. "I can't believe that we get to see these guys fighting in action against each other! This is gonna be sweet!"
"Do you enjoy this kind of thing often?" Anaryn asked, giving her brother an unsettled look.
"Oh, fights are great. Every now and then I get to see a real good one on some of the worlds that I have been to. I'm just glad I didn't have to sneak into this one!" He was still grinning from ear to ear as he watched.

(Welcome to my head. It's one scary place.)
As the the first arm came in, Angeal took advantage of the fact that Tygris was much heavier and stronger. He threw the back of his left wrist into his opponent's and pushed up allowing his legs to give way to force causing him to kneel down and sideways, placing all the weight on his left leg. Now in that position, his head and body were clear from the path of the blind hook, leaving just the now extended arm in its way; though Angeal quickly retracted it to missed.
His counter began when Tygris's body flowed into a hook kick. Not a smart move, at least not against Angeal without being properly grounded. As the hook came around, Angeal actually rose back up and into the attack, allowing the inner thigh to catch him under the arm. While a successful hit, the part of the leg that hit him was so close to the center of the energy that there was hardly any notable pain. Momentum, rotational force, and height would now be turned against him.
Angeal allowed his body to be apart of the spinning forcing, and since he was gripping Tygris so closely to where the center of his kick would have been, it was only a matter of switching the weight on his left leg to his right to become the momentum's new center. Finally, since Angeal was as short as he was, and because Tygris would have had to angle his body to have his hook kick aimed at the same spot as his cheek like the other attacks, Angeal's lower high would give him better footing and a more stable pivoting point.
In the same fluid motion that Tygris had kicked, Angeal swung the boy's weight around, using the momentum he had gathered from the three timed attacks. With all the weight shifting to the right leg, Angeal lifted Tygris off his planeted foot and rolled the larger teen over his(Angeal's) chest and threw him with to his left with the same force that Tygris had kicked with(you judge how far you want to fly, a few feet, a few centimeters, whatever). "My skill is ingenuity," he said as he released the boy. And in the same throwing movement, Angeal allowed the remaining momentum to spin his body. He angled his body back into a straight vertical 540 kick planning on coming down where Tygris landed. If the boy moved, which Angeal really hoped he did, the ground beneath him would give way to the boy's kick, as his legs were the most powerful part of his body, each comparable to Senkei.

Tygris was not expecting the grappling of his own thigh, but one cannot simply fall to pieces because something did not go according to plan. When Angeal released him, Tygris flew through the air a good three feet before landing on his front upon the ground. Just as quickly as he touched down he saw Angeal's leg right before his face. Without the other leg in sight the teen knew that another attack was coming so he pushed himself to his left using his right arm to propel his body into a sideways roll.
The teen rose quickly, noting the crater left in the ground where he (Tygris) once was. That made him want to summon his gloves at the least, but he held out. "That could have been unpleasant," he said, his eyes not leaving Angeal. Tygris was beginning to be able to keep up with his opponent's movements, but reacting was a much different story. Theere was a simple solution to that too, but it was too early to enter his drive form.
With no other options, Tygris simply stepped back and readied himself for the next attack. A blue aura began to cover his left hand, electricity crackling over his fingers. If Angeal were to disappear from his sight for even a second then Tygris would use his right elbow to strike behind himself while casting a Thunder spell to his front. This would require him to turn sideways so that the full force of the elbow strike would be achieved, but until Angeal moved he would remain facing forward.

Attacking wasn't up Angeal's alley, so when his body had come to a complete stop, his eyes glued to Tygris, he waited, taking in everything about his opponent. He quickly picked up on blue current, black to Angeal who could only see one color at a time(besides black and white), and frowned. Magic already? Magic was easily counterable, however, he was determined on keeping himself handicapped. So what was the plan?
Angeal sighed inwardly as he transferred his weight to his forward leg and pushed off, bearing down quickly on Tygris. Despite not using his full speed, it was obvious by how light Angeal's steps were he wasn't straining himself too hard at that pace. And constantly moving that fast had major disadvantages to attacking, so for doing what he wanted to do, it would be obvious and therefore pointless.
As he was upon Tygris, he jumped a little and brought his leg back as if to land as deliver Tygris a massive kick, much like how some people hope before the kick a soccer ball really hard. However, when Angeal's right planning leg hit the ground, he dropped down to his knees leaned his body back, and swept his left kicking leg up and across at Tygris' body using enough power to launch him into the air, but not enough to cause to much damage and defiantly not fast enough for him not block, if he saw the feint coming.
(For the record, you can say you fired the lightning before I got to you if you were planning on it. I'll change accordingly if need be.)

The twins looked on with anticipation. They loved watching battles. "Man those guys are wicked awesome!" Thorn laughed. Clair shrugged. "Yeah, they're alright."
Kaori smiled. Tygris had gotten better since they fought. She was excited for him.
Rose was impressed by both fighters. She would but her money on Angeal though. Maybe because she knew him longer. The Tygris boy was really good too. This wa going to be interesting.

This was quite the change, but Tygris was prepared. It seemed that Angeal was about to strike with a full-force kick, but he then dropped and delivered a blow that could have easily launched him into the air. Fortunately Tygris saw this kick coming the second Angeal dropped down. The teen blocked the left leg kick with his right forearm and then quickly grabbed the limb at the ankle. Tygris then planted his left hand at the bend in Angeal's leg, letting loose the thunder spell as he did so. Direct contact would allow his hand to act as a kind of taser should his opponent still be there.
If Angeal were still in his grasp then Tygris would summon his gloves, the dark coverings running the length of each forearm as well as having sharp, hooked finger tips. These would add a bit to his strength and defense. Using his right hand he would push forward on Angeal's leg while pulling back with his left hand to force the leg to bend. While doing this Tygris would drop down to the ground using his full weight upon the leg to cripple and thus slow his opponent's movement.

Angeal growled fiercely in pain as the energy from the shock and the pain from having being caught in the hold shot through his body like bullets. However, with a lack of stating the attacks name, the electricity was very low grade, and Angeal was prepared to encounter a shock were he unsuccessful. The grapple was, by all means, totally unexpected. So Angeal would give his opponent first blood. On that note, he completely and totally misjudged exactly far far Angeal's strength went.
Because of the two's weight difference, when Tygris dropped to the ground, Angeal forced himself upright into a standing position. Then with a sudden flexing of the leg, he forced his leg to straighten itself, despite being bent in a manner that should have broken it. Through clenched teeth, Angeal growled, "Get off." And then, he planted his other foot, and threw his body into a vertical 360 kick, this time, with Tygris clenched tightly around his leg landing foot.
Had Tygris grappled a weaker limb, say, his neck or his arms, this might have placed Angeal in a position where he would have had to drop his self-enduced handicape just to get out. But grappling his legs, as Tygris would now know, is not the way to go.

Arlen grinned. "This. Is. Awesome!" he said, leaning back with a smile. Anaryn shook her head. "Hey, I went to the pool party with you. This is my time now."
Anaryn sighed and smiled. "I suppose." Arlen went back to observing the fight.

Clair was looking up at her sister a little annoyed. "Thorn..what are you doing?" she asked steadily. Thorn was currently cheering. She heard her sister and looked down at her."Cheering. It's always good to root for the underdog! That way they win...or loose...you know what I mean. WHOO! GO TYGRIS!" she shouted as her tail wagged happily. Clair rolled her eyes and slurped her soda.

Tygris released the leg, his body being launched through the air a good fifteen feet. He landed on all fours and then stood up, his arms hanging limply in front of his slouched form. The teen then straightened his back and looked around catching sight of the spectators. One caught his eye especially, that being Thorn. Somehow he was able to tell her apart from her sister, but he didn't know or care how he could. A quick smile and wink to the woman gave him a boost of enthusiasm and confidence.
The teen turned his attention back to Angeal, the smile still on his own face. "Haste," he said with a smirk. The red aura exploded from his form in great wisps that lashed at the air around him. Up until this point he had only said the spells in his head, the thoughts initiating the magic. The verbal incantation, however, would give him enough strength behind the spell to compliment the skill with which he used it.
Tygris, however, did not move yet. He was studying Angeal and weighing his options for attacks. At close range Angeal had his legs and at long range, well, long range wasn't even a choice. Tygris' ranged attacks were either not to be used yet or too weak to do any real damage. 'The only way to keep his legs at bay is to get so close he can't kick, but with his skill he could probably do that regardless,' he thought. Well, it was worth a shot seeing as how he didn't have much time to waste just standing around.
With a quick step forward, Tygris launched into a full sprint, the ground where he once stood fissuring and breaking apart sending a spray of earth in the opposite direction of his movement. Tygris veered slightly to his own right, to avoid a front kick, before snapping back to deliver an open palm strike to Angeal's left elbow with his right hand.
