It was nice to have taken flight once more. The rush of wind beneath her wings, running through her hair, the stretch her less used muscles got. All of it, simply intoxicating.
Fae was nearly disappointed when they arrived, causing need for her to land. Once they had, her wings vanish in a bright light, just the way they were born. She reached back, her fingers trailing gently over the area where they would be attached to her. It still felt as if they were there, a phantom feeling.

Hiro laned and set Grape on her feet. he folded his wings behind his back as he smiled faintly. The flight had cleared the bad feeling from his instantly. He hated going to places were slavers were since he never knew if they would try to capture him.

Grape Bubblegum
Grape had laughed and spread her armes out like a birds wings the whole way to Hiro's place. She gasped and got big eyes when she saw his castle. She looked up at him when he landed.

Hiro laughed softly at Grape's words. "Aye this is my home. i hope you and Fae like it." he said softly. He smiled at them both before he opened the castle's door. The inside was much different than the outside. he had taken pieces from all over the world and made them into one. His stlye was perfect since he had made sure everything was matching in some way.

Fae nodded, sure that she would come to love a place such as beautiful as this one. It did surprise her to a certain degree that he seemed to have a knack for decoration, not many men did, demon or not. "Any particular place I should stray from?"

Hiro chuckled faintly. "Come i will show you where not to go but if you do in case of a attack you can use it to avoid being caught." he said softly. he showed them the castle from bottom to top so they knew every thing about it. it would keep them safe from harm if the castle came under attack.

He seemed so cautious, though it was expected, especially from those more mortal that had seen battle like they had. Still, there had been many that called themselves warriors and still showed no signs of damage from war, whether they wear it physically or emotionally. Fae took note of all the places, having a photographic memory would serve well in the case of an emergency.

Grape Bubblegum
Grape looked around inside the house and sat on each of the couches, testing their softness, before she got up and rushed after Fae and Hiro. Hiro then showed them the whole castle from top to bottom. This left Grape tired even though he was amazed by how pretty every thing was.
"I didn't know guys could make things so pretty. Hiro were you a girl in a past life?" she said to her master. She cocked her head to one side as she blew a bubble.

Hiro looked at Grape in surprise. "Aw not that i know. My mother had lived here with me till her death. She didn't like leaving since she had been hurt badly. Others tended to run away in fear of her appearence. She loved making the castle feel homey and comforting. I learned how to design from her." he said softly.
He showed them to a room he had set up as a altar to remenber her. Hanging was large picture of her before she had been hurt. She had been beautiful with a kind heart. When she lost her beauty she was still kind but the reactions made her sad so she stopped leaving the castle.

It was disheartening at how others would judge and run from a being based purely on looks. It sort of reminded her of the way humans saw her on a battlefield. They always came to two conclusions; one she was an angel there to take them away. Or two she was Death with a physical form, there to take their soul from their healthy, still living bodies. They were, of course, partly correct, but many misunderstood why they would see a Valkyrie and what her true purpose really was.

Grape cocked her head to the side and smiled. "Ohhhhhhhhhhh. Okay then!!" she said smiling.
Grape skipped along beside Hiro as he took them to a room where he had an alter to her set up. She was happy she was going to get to see what his mom looked like. She gasped at how pretty she was. She bowed to the alter.
"I will serve your son well!" she said. She blew another bubble and poped it. It was like it sealed the promise. She straightened.
"It's cruel what other's do to each other just because they are different from them selves," she said. She blew another bubble and looked up at Hiro.
"She's probably glad you have us now to keep you company," she said happily.

Hiro glanced at the portiat. He sighed softly before looking at them both. "Aye she may. She wanted me to stop fighting but its in my blood. While i make dinner you both can choice your chambers." he said softly. He had showen them the eastern tower that housed his chambers. Their was only to ways to enter his chambers. One was flying and the other through a secret passage way that lead up stairs to his chamber to open a hidden panel in his rooms.
He had alreadly shown them the way and how to find the passage way incase something happened and he was needed. He headed to his kitchen to begin dinner.

Grape nodded and ran off to pick out a room. She found one she liked that had a small balcony over looking the garden. After tracing her name in purple lettering on the door with her magic she ran down to the kitchen. She jumped on her master's back with a smile on her face. "Hiro~!!!! I picked out my room!~" she said cheerfully.
She made a mental note to make Hiro happy so he wouldn't sigh any more.

Before grape jumped on him, Hiro heard her coming. He set aside the knife he was using. Looking at her over his shoulder he chuckled. "That is good grape. I am glad you found a room you like." he said softly. His gray eyes glowed softly.
Leaning foreward he kissed her forehead. "Do you like what i am amking for dinner?" he asked softly. He had been making pasta with a veggie salad and chicken.
