Light Dragon's Roar: A burning light flashes out of his mouth almost like a lazier cannon.
Light Dragon's Round House: A round house kick that moves at the speed of light that creates a golden ring shape of light during the attack.
Light Dragon's Pistol: Glowing fists that punches with extreme pressure caused by extreme speed.
Light Dragon's Spectrum Palace: A cylinder shield covers him that glows every color in existence,
Light Dragon's Spectrum Bridge: He can compress energy into thin as paper surfaces that can be stretched across an area and slide across it.
Light Dragon's Flash: A flash that is caused by a clap that can temporarily blind your opponents.
Light Dragon's Skin: Ability to reflect light using his own skin to project image around him making him seem invisible
Personality: He is a fun guy who love to have fun and mess around, who does not like fighting unless if he have to or someone convinces him.

--Ocean Flower :: water resistant armor, increases defense
--Angel Wings :: armor that allows the user to grow wings and increases speed
--Flame Charm :: fire resistant armor, increases strength in attacks
--Evening Moon :: lowers her opponent's attacks by 60%
These are her three main ones during battle. She has many others though.

Personality:
--has an obsession for anything kawaii
--this "personality" of hers is only a show though, some say her real personality is hidden deep down because of her hard life, she hides it away
--looks really shy and unapproachable
--cares for her friends alot and hates whoever is rude to them
