Anyone who wants to host a contest is welcome to.
If you don't have gold or items for prizes you may be allowed to give away stars, however you must be given permission to give stars first.

Simply post in this thread telling me your contest idea, how many stars you'd like to give and how you will choose a winner. 3nodding
