stare To avoid conflicts from the Twilight craze, I'm putting two threads up, one for you the haters and another for the lovers. Stay out of the lovers thread and they'll stay out of yours, got it? Good. I don't want any fights over something I don't care about anymore.

Now you need a i don't care about twilight at all thread. For those of us who don't care about twilight because everybody including the haters talk about it too much. I guess the thread wouldn't do much good since anyone in that categorey wouldn't want to talk about "you know what." well thats my hater spiel

haters seceretly love twilight they just dont want ppl to know about it. thats why they go around spouting off angry comments about twilight every chance they get. and because they have nothing better to do. i mean i like the books ok but thats all. they're books i'll read them because they have words and if you judge them based on what other's say and think about them then you've got serious issues.

I agree with EbonySkys. I like the books better, and I think that anyone who truly likes the books would not like the movies. I know that the books were not as well written as countless others, and that the story wasn't deep and rather predictable, but I still liked it. However, the movies were very wrong.
First off, Robert Pattinson was NOT a good Edward. Edward is supposed to be SO MUCH more good looking, and have hair that hangs in his face... I think the main problem with the Twilight books being made into movies is that it's so difficult to get good people, because NO ONE is going to EVER be good enough to portray the characters correctly. Do you know why? Because (A) they are vampires, and (B) because they are PERFECT in the books. Good luck with that one caster people. Besides, it was just really awkward and there were too many inconsistencies.
Nowadays, I am ashamed to say I like Twilight, so I usually don't say anything. It also pisses me off that no one has thought to read her OTHER book, The Host. It was MUCH better in every respect.
