Because people don't post, thats why. (yes, that is stupid, but true.) I only post when I see a post in the guild, or if there is something interesting to talk about. Many people only post when they see the guild on the first page.

Rp; Rp's are a great way to get people to post, however, because this is a shugo chara guild rp's about shu-cha are hard to find with a good story line. And every one will want to make their own rp about Shu-Cha. Thus, no one will join any of the rps(if you do join any of the rps, you are awsome)
So, we need not only shu-cha rp's but other rps to join.
Games; Everyone loves a good fun game. Like "give the person above you a nickname" or "rate to avi above you". Also, games involving plays on words, "I say _____ you say?", or games that involve a prize of somesort.
Contests; Contest's are differant then games because they involve skill, like "tektek me" or other things that involve the skill's a person has.
Chance; chance games are the type of games that its a merical if you win anything at all. This involves luck, these games are "roll ___ number" or "guess what my first MC was?"
Open Talk; this is talk that is not subject to any sertain thing that it must pertain to.
If we were to do some stuff like that I'm sure more people would post.
