Personality:Spazz is confident and strong willed, but not to the point of being arrogant. He rarely under-estimates an opponent or barrier, but does sometymes over-estimate them, causing him to over-complicate a task. He has a soft spot for beautiful and/or intelligent women and unusually intelligent children.
History: Spazz was, to his gradually growing dismay, born into a perfectly normal family. He acquired his nickname when he was around 16, due to the beginnings of his gift's development. His friends used it affectionately, and he didn't mind. After all, there was nothing he could do about the seizures....
Shortly after his sixteenth birthday, his first jump resulted in a ten foot drop out of an unbroken window. He survived with minor scratches and bruises. His mom's bushes weren't quite so lucky. A week later, he bolted, leaving a note for his twin brother, with a brochure for The Academy he was running to. "If you become one of use...please come find me."
His ability allowed him to make the trip in record tyme, but how he will be greeted is still yet to be seen.

Personal Description:Spazz stands at roughly six feet tall and fleshes out somewhere in the area of 170 lbs...which is to say he's tall, thin, and tone. He slouches some when he walks, and has a very typical 'goth' vibe coming off of him when he's not speaking. His hair is white-blond, kept back in a braid that measures the bottom of his shoulder blades. His eyes are electric blue, and give the chilling impression that, when he looks at you, he sees just a little more than you're comfortable letting him see. His skin, unsurprisingly, is extremely pale.
His clothing is practical, combat boots, black, long sleeved t-shirt, comfortable black jeans, black, fingerless gloves and steampunk styled goggles to help keep the sun out of his eyes and focus on things at long distance. His right boot contains a a hunting knife, his only means of protection at the moment, although he much prefers a good rifle. His pack is a German mountain bag, black like everything else he wears. The belt around his waist is dark leather, and holds a couple of small pouches where he can tuck various odds and ends.
