I thought it would be a good idea to have some siggy and guild banners so people can add them to their signature so others can sign up or see what we're about.
I would love to be the moderator of this area and deal with the listing and posting of the pics and codes. (and in the meantime, I will try to work on a Mini Guild Banner & matching official Banner for the guild)
I have also decided to include the CotD Private Art page which will be on blogger when finished. I will be showcasing work for the main graphic of the page in one of the reserved sections and I will ask people to rate the photos and tell me which one they like best and why. I will then design the layout around that graphic and label the page accordingly.

Section I
Mini/Official Guild Banner Concepts
I am starting to come up with mini and official banners (when I get the time... This week it kept getting eaten up by personal issues) sweatdrop ANYWHO...
You will notice some of the art will overlap (that is to say, I am using it in more than one category at a time.) I am trying to get a sense of consistency at least between the official banner, Mini banner, and some of the siggys (although siggys can be practically anything you want...)
Right now, I only have the one mini banner to post. I will have more as soon as I can.

Well I thought I'd get my siggy banners done here before someone else made one but Usukie beat me to it.
Just remember we want to keep them fairly small so we aren't in trouble for the size limits on siggys.

The Guild Blog Art Page Ok, "So what the heck is this?" you might ask... Well I do blog designs in my free time online... I will comb the internet for photos or use my own graphics, to create artwork for bloggers looking for something less than the mundane layouts of blogger.com. While talking to a few of the Regulars, I have decided to create this group blog so Avi art, group art, banners, screenshots of Gaia... or whatever else ends up relating to the group that can't be shown here, can be shown there. My goal is to get as many of the regulars interested in the blog for artistic sake.
THERE WILL BE A CODE FOR NO RIGHT CLICK on the page when I am done! Please discuss this in the thread to decide if we should set it otherwise. I personally believe our art should not meander through idle processors who will claim the art as their own. If you disagree speak up in the thread.
Notes:
- Please don't quote this post!
- DO NOT DIRECT LINK! I will chop off your webbed feet! O.o
- I haven't created the page yet. So please don't go looking for it until I have posted it. I will start to set it up once I get a name based off the artwork choices I will post here for viewing.
- Please don't bug me as to when it will be finished. I typically write all the code by hand (I don't use a template) so it does take me a while, plus I get determined to make a page that works in all styles (XP, FIREFOX, MAC) so it takes time.
- Also, I design for people who use the screen resolution 1024x768 I don't want to hear that it was too wide or too squished. I won't modify it for every user (nor can I)
ARTWORK:
Here are some pieces so far that I want people to look at decide what would work best for the blog art page. I may be posting more (I found a secret stash of duckie photos that I tucked away from the last layout I created) So give it a little time and I will try to get them all up here for you to see. Not all of the graphics have the same info written in them. I may not use them all in the same way on the page if one is chosen over the others, so please don't grade on that.

Guild Blog Art Page Concepts (This is for ARTWORK to be displayed OUTSIDE OF GAIA)
(THERE WILL BE A CODE FOR NO RIGHT CLICK) When talking about online anyway, when you try to use your right click button (unless you have mac) a menu comes up with words like "Save As", "View Source", "Cached Snapshot of Page" or "Properties". These all have to do with saving information from a page. Putting a "NO RIGHT CLICK" code into the page information, will stop people from stealing our artwork/avi art/signs . If you want to see how it works, click on the eye in my siggy. It will take you to my blog page (and it's kinda how I'll be setting up our page... with a few tweaks) and try to right click on ANYTHING. You will not be able to save any items that I haven't allowed a user to save. (there are a couple of icons you can click on and then you can save the art or hotlink, but that should be about it)
