Heres what we know about the characters in Dark Dawn
Matthew= Venus
Tyrell = Mars
Keris = Jupiter
But we don't know who the Mercury Adept is. I think it may be Eoleo. You know Brigg's Adept son who became an adept?
Heres my evidence

Exhibit A: Clothing
I looked at some concept art for Briggs, and he wears a harness, similar to the unidentified adept in the picture of all four adepts.
Exhibit B: Hair Color
The typical pattern for hair color is that hair color matches the adept's element. Venus has brown, Mars has red, Jupiters are blond, and Mercury is blue. But in that picture where there are four people, there is no one with blue hair. This could be explained by the origin of Eoleo's powers. Rather than being born with them, he got them when he was struck with the psyenergy stone.
Exhibit C: Last To Be Revealed
Camelot isn't giving up the identity of the last adept, wouldn't it be a shocker if a character that was only partially explored, Eoleo, was the party's Mercury adept?
Exhibit D: Successor of Kraden
After 30 years, old man Kraden isn't likely to still be around, unless he somehow got access to some Lemurian Draught, like Babi did. Even then, he would be loathe to abandon his life source. That detonates any chance of having an adult character in the group... or does it. Eoleo could serve that purpose, as given that the events of the game happen 30 years after the events of the original game, he would be, maybe at oldest, 33.
He would be an adult, but not TOO old to where his cane lets out a howl when he attacks.
Exhibit E: Self Fulfilling Prophecy
I got this line from Golden Sun Universe
Many speculate that being an Adept, Eoleo may appear in future Golden Sun titles.
Adding Eoleo as the final adept would be a nice fan pleaser.

I think Eoleo could be a possible party member (if the game will allow a party of 8 ), but not the Mercury Adept we're expecting. Why?
Check the fourth name up there... surprised
I don't doubt he could become a Mercury Adept, but I think he'd turn out more Venus than anything because...well, I may be making an incoherent connection here, but I'm pinning this on Obaba, what with her being the last remaining descendant of the Ankohl.

Yeah, I'm inclined to think that this "Crown" is the fourth party member. He might be a guest, but I doubt it.
All the same, I'd be very surprised if Eoleo didn't at least show up. I wouldn't hazard any guess as to his element, though--I've seen at least semi-reasonable justifications for each one with regard to him.

Based on the previous game, probably in their mid to late teens. I'd be pleasantly surprised if they were closer to 20 or so, though.

I am assuming the Eoleo is a Venus adept, because in TLA he uses the Move psynergy once or twice. And Obaba is a descendant of the Ankohl, which someone said already, but the Ankohl had also the powers of the forge and now that I think of it, Move is a fire-type psynergy, which would more likely pin Eoleo as a Mars adept.
I also think that, given his age would be around early to mid 30's while the party would be in their teens, that maybe he could be the "Kraden" of the group, since Kraden himself would be dead by then. He's not old enough to be a scholar, but perhaps an apprentice or something.

Move? I was under the impression he was trying to use Catch, since that's the one that grabs items.

I suppose it could be either Move or Catch that Eoleo was trying to use. I am also under the impression that he was using Catch to grab the keys. Either way, it would seem that Eoleo is either a Fire or Earth Adept, not a Mercury Adept. Though I'm sure he will appear in the game at some point, and may be a party member if we can get 8 characters like in TLA.

after reviewing that scene on the boat in Alhafra i actually think he was trying to use Lift. in the jail cell that was definately catch. I was wrong. but he's still most likely Mars.
As an appropriate female Venus adept, i think Kushinada or Uzume from Izumo should be a playable character. They'd be old, though.

I was wrong. but he's still most likely Mars. well remember Felix and Isaac r both Venus adepts but they have Move witch is a Mars adept move so Eoleo could have that same thing but as a Mercury adept
