Personality: He has always been a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. He greets everyone with a happy smile, and a lucky shot to the head. Needless to say, he is impulsive, happy, quick-tempered, balls-to-the-wall, quick with a smart remark, and distracted. But when the cards are down, he's always on his best behavior... and aim.
History: Stix, born into the same family as Spazz, was Spazz's "older" twin brother. He always watched as Spazz had his seizures with curiosity. He was always trying to take stuff apart and put it back together, and he always had that urge to do so to his brother. Good thing he loved him so much.
Stix had his "awakening" at the same time Spazz did. Mutually (with Spazz) knocking out the power in their house. After that, he was very susceptible to shocking people, he even wore rubber gloves.
Spazz didn't know it, but Stix watched as he "practiced" his gift the week before Spazz left. And when he went home, he would hold a gameboy in his hand and watch as the pieces folded and unfolded into a knife of sorts (that could play GBA games.) After Spazz left, Stix stayed about 5 days, until his parent's found out about his talent and freaked out. Calling the police and trying to get rid of him.
Taking up the Brochure that his brother left him, he sets off in search of the Academy. Slightly angry and desperate to get to his brother. But his smile overcomes his troubles as he follow's his brother's footsteps.

Personal Description:Stix is about six feet tall and about 185 pounds. He is medium-sized chested and slightly muscled. Just outside of the "lean" body. He hold himself high in the head with good posture most of the time, giving him an air of confidence and...electricity. His eyes are a dazzling blue. He is almost always smiling, his teeth nearly perfect, probably from using the superheated electricity to burn away anything... his hair is buzz-cut and close to his head. what is left of the white-blond hair is needed. If he had too much hair, he'd probably shock everything near him. Not good for making friends.
He wears a black muscle shirt with no sleeves. He also wears dark jeans that come right down to his booted ankles. His feet are clad with black military-grade black-leather boots.

Items of Interest:Laptop. Custom made by his own hand and supercharged by his powers.
Personal Gear: Backpack, which holds his laptop, extra clothes, Traveling supplies, lockpicking kits, one of which Spazz stole one his way out of the house. And a holster for a gun, ...no gun. And a guitar attached by a strap of neckties.
Weapons Used or On Hand:A hunting knife, the same as his brother's, he hopes for pistols of some military grade, it won't matter because he'll trick them out. Trained in gyms for Close Quarters Combat, military grade. Very proficient. His hands are weapons. (for more than one reason.) He has a custom dart gun his brother made for him and left for him. Single shot, uses compressed air as a driving force, fits onto the wrist of the user hidden inside what looks like a bulky steampunk watch. The darts were blunt at first, but Stix modified them to hold small bits of electricity, paralyzing the person at the receiving

Hobbies:Car-tweeking and mechanics. Computer hacking. Music Mixing (Techno remixing), can play a few instruments, and learn easily, Guitar is his favorite so far.

Powers:Electric power generation. Lightning manipulation. Can use the abilities given to manipulate and control machines, in other words Technopathy.
Weaknesses: He only has a set amount of electricity in him, Like a rechargeable battery. He can however get back his energy from outlets, transformers, open power lines, etc. Or just plain sleeping. He also cannot get wet and use his powers, Just shocking himself.

Notes:Although Stix doesn't know it, his twin brother mirrors his abilities. "Spazz" has a body which produces very powerful electric currents as well, his teleporting abilities are related to the current within him.

Public Knowledge: Everyone knows.
Detailed Description: Asphault, tar, and yellow paint, sometimes white though. Stix travels the roads in his mother's car,(stolen), and his Technopathy has taken the toyota corolla and made it a sleak sports car-type.
