What is Region Wars?
Region Wars is simple concept: You choose a region and create a team based on Pokemon that are native to the region.
Simply, this tournament will show which region is the "best". This will also take some strategy, considering how most Pokemon teams in present day use Pokemon from all generations.
This will be more of a tournament of pride then simple battling. Can you show the world why your region is the best region of all time?

Clauses Explanation
Sleep Clause
When this clause is on, two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be asleep at the same time. Self-induced sleep via Rest does not activate Sleep Clause. This clause is on in this tournament.
Self-KO Clause
When this clause is on, if both players have only one Pokémon left, moves which KO both the user and the opponent are not allowed (e.g. Explosion, Destiny Bond). If recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the player who last attacked is the winner. This clause is on in this tournament.
Evasion Clause
When this clause is on, moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed. This clause is on in this tournament.
OHKO Clause
When this clause is on, one-Hit KO moves are not allowed. This clause is on in this tournament.
Species Clause
When this clause is on, two or more of the same Pokémon may not be used on the same team. This clause is on in this tournament.
Item Clause
When this clause is on, all Pokémon on a team must hold different items. This is not a standard clause in competitive play, but it is used in Nintendo tournaments. This clause is off in this tournament.
Limit of 2 Focus Sash Limit of 3 Choice Items
