So, I'm thinking... maybe the idea is too big? I suppose one really must work up to these things... so we could concievably recycle the guild into something else.

half a dozon is more than most of my other guilds.
let's see, should we focus on something? Like bleach or Naruto? Pokemon's easy to roleplay. Or you wanna make it an auther's guild, where we spread the joys of reading & writing?

In a sense, yes it is, but you don't need to pay for it. I have enough right now in the guild account for three more subforums when the need arises, and then some left over for announcements.
