An evil war whose memories were dreaded for centruries...

Chapter 1

The dark king Vesperus has been gathering an army of fierce warriors and demons. Vesperus was betrayed by his love before the last fight and was weakened. She was a demon who was almost as strong as he was. so he killed her and absorbed what was left of her soul. Still he fought on sending everything he had to defeat the Queen of light. His forces without a fully powered leader fell like lambs to the slaughter until only he was left to fight. He took out a large amount of her warrior by himself, but eventually the queen was able to land a crippling blow and he was defeated.

He has had to much time to prepare after his defeat and that was the Light Queen's first mistake... She let him live and locked him away in the underworld. There he stayed, locked up in chains that weren't to be broken for all eternity. When she locked him away, she believed that she had won and the time for eternal peace had been granted and bestowed upon the people of the land. She lived a happy life among her people who rejoiced her victory. But there was one person who never rejoiced.

The queen was kind to all of her people, but she despised the demons. After Vesperus was defeated, she made a treaty with the demons saying they were not allowed out of the underworld and that the people of light would not enter their realm. The treaty also said that if one entered the other realm they were fair game to be killed by the people they were invading. The two races would have separate places of refuge and never cross the threshold into the others' land; it was the only way to keep the peace and stability of the land and because of that fact it was signed by both parties in blood. The queen and people would not break the treaty, no matter what. But her sister was about to do just this.

The sister to the queen had always wanted the throne. Vesperus knew this hidden secret and would visit her often in her dreams with promises of power and riches. All of these things that he could grant her were set upon one condition... his freedom. This went on for months and it began to twist the sister's thought. With greed being her energy source, she stole the key from the queen's room while she slept and went down to the underworld. Vesperus still ruled there so the demons left her alone, smiling and licking their lips as she walked past with freedom in her hands. She unlocked his chains, chains so heavy that when they fell the demons of the underworld celebrated the sounds of the echoes the chains made. They chanted his name...

Immediately after his freedom, the sister began to speak about what she would do once she ruled... He didn't quite like the sound of her plans, but he couldn't kill her quite yet. He instructed her to return to the castle and say nothing of this to anyone. When he finally destroyed the Light Queen, he would place her on the throne. She believed his lies and went back up as Vesperus turned to his army as they bowed welcoming back their King of Oblivion.

Chapter 2

After several battles, the Dark King and Light Queen settled things at the place of origins. Pandorous vanished, being taken off somewhere by a silent power. The weapons that were used by the two power houses now lay dormant in the place of origin. Aithorn and Amore, who now are man and wife, rule over the world of light and found the queen's weapon. They currently wait for the queen's reincarnation so as to restore her to her rightful place as Queen. The King's weapon still lays there untouched. He has no one in the land of darkness that is able to claim the blade. Pandorous is still gone and the realm of darkness has gone silent. The fierce warriors that fought for the king vanished with him. For years, there was peace as there was no threat to light after Vesperus left. But now a green flame burns strong in the underworld....

Pandorous, with a new dark power, rules over the realm of darkness. With her story books, she has written herself a new army. She seems to have more knowledge than anyone, but it is unexplained as to where she has attained it from. Still, she is unable to move Vesperus' Sonnelion. Finding out about Vesperus' heir, a child born to him from the woman that betrayed him, she used the child and he was able to draw the blade. Much to Pandorous' dismay, the blade chained itself to the child's hand and can't be removed. Wanting the sword, she tortures the child till she can find a way to remove the blade. Once in her possession, she would be able to prevent Vesperus from regaining his lost power. As another insurance policy, she sent an assassin out to kill Vesperus in his new body. In his next life, he will be ignorant of his power and be an easy target for even a weaker demon...

The land that the new dark and light spirits were born into was that of glass and skyscrapers. New technology and much different than that of their old world. Aithorn wielding the Seventh Sanctum, was told this in one of his dreams and now seeks a way with Raze and the mages to reach this world. Hopefully he can get there before Pandorous is able to pour her acid into the new world...

Chapter 3

The cith of Alexandria has been completely annihilated by Crescence. After a short battle with her it is made clear that she is a force to be reckoned with. Sadly the ignorance as to the extent of her power caused the realm of light extraordinarily casualties. Only a handful of the warriors from the realm of light were saved by the dark prince Kestrel. Thought he feels no satisfaction from saving them when he was forced to leave so many behind. He knows that Rena would never see herself as fortunate for having to leave her people to die. But that's not all that is in the prince's mind. He can feel the deep darkness inside of him that Vesperus warned him about. It pushes him to acquire more and more power. during the fight he lost control of himself, and even though he was beginning to win the fight he knew that he was being controlled.

Aithorn questions himself as a ruler. He was helpless in the battle just as he was when he thinks about facing Crescence. He knows that if he even wants to stand a chance he will need to combine light and darkness, but that slowly causes him to lose his mind. How far will he push himself before he breaks? But right now he has to lead what is left of his troops. They have to get stronger so that eventually they can rebuild their lost home. Amore is too broken up over the loss of her father to think about anything else, and Azura may seem ok but she worries about how long they can all keep going. Things seem to be very strained within the group.

Crescence has not rested once since the battle ended. Like a sculptor she has been hard at work chiseling her new army to perfection. Signa is slowly becoming her greatest creation. The only thing keeping him from that title is is unstable attitude. All that considered he is a welcomed addition to the Fates. The fates are her elite group of six. To be truthful besides a few newcomers the Fates have never seen the battlefield. They were far to powerful, and transporting them caused imbalances across universe. Now in her insanity she found a way to send all six to earth to finish off the last of the realm of light.
