3. no fire element techniques and this isn't limited to jutsus so every technique besides fire is useable in this cold region.
4. No substitutions, the ice is literally froze to things so there are no loose articals for use.Shadow has the first post. Setting: A frozen island, that is very cold and wet, it is a blizzard filled wasteland that is very slippery and icebergs surround it with a massive body of water. Time: evening

Shadow jumps into the area from the shadow realm and starts shivering. He then pulls out diamond edge to fight since he can't use the fire element. He looks at Link and says, "Da**, it's so cold. Well, you can go first." He then prepares for Links attack.

Link looked towards Shadow who was shivering and he began to feel the effects of the harsh weather himself, even being a kage, Link wasn't immune to the cold weather of the frozen island.
Link: "Well...Come...Come on...lets go.."
Link began to think to himself to why he chose such a cold region to do this in, but he forced himself to take his mind off of it and he jumped back away from Shadow at a tremendous pace, Link was now exactly twenty feet away.
Link: "Now to avoid frostbite lets say we fight with speed to warm up."
Link ran towards Shadow, and as he did he unsheathed his gilded sword in an attempt to strike Shadow on his right shoulder.

Shadow tried to run to the left to dodge the attack, but slipped and slides out of the way. He then looked at Link and said, "Again, why did you pick this frozen wasteland for our battle? Oh well, guess I'll have to do my best here." Shadow tried to charged at Link with Diamond edge attempting to slash at his left arm.

Link realized that Shadow was coming towards him with the Diamond edge so he brought his right foot out and he stomped it against the icy ground, a small portion of the ice began to crack around Link where Shadow was running towards him so that Shadow would have to be more careful with his movements.
Link unsheathed the Gilded sword in terms with cracking the ice which would be dangerous to both Shadow and himself. The ice wouldn't cave in just yet so it would take quite awhile before it give way and open up to expose the frozen Ocean below.
Link: "Well it's not going to help to gripe now so show me what your made of Shadow!"
Link awaited or Shadow to come close to him and as Shadow brought his Diamond Edge towards Link's left arm, Link blocked it with his Gilded sword. The result of Link's sword meeting with Shadow's would cause a lock up between the two.
link began to push his sword forward in an attempt to overpower Shadow with the sword.
Link: "Well come on lets see what your really made of!"

Shadow keeps equal pressure between the 2 swords. He reilises that the ice a ways behind him isn't cracked yet, so he lets Link push him back to the uncracked ice. He said, "Heh, don't forget Link, this isn't rough ground, overpowering will just slide us back." Shadow stands there, thinking of what to do next. He then says, "What are you waiting for, me to come to you? I'm not even moving, an easy shot with an arrow or bomb." Shadow keeps tring to taunt Link.

Link made an odd smile at Shadow who was now feet away from him.
Link: "You don't need my invitation Shadow, but be warned that it isn't smart to taunt a bull or me for that matter."
Link sheathed his gilded sword with his right hand and then he grabbed a gun powder bomb from his bag, but this one was attached to the end of an arrow so it essentially was the point of it. Link then grabbed his bow with his left hand and then he aimed the arrow towards Shadow, though the bomb arrow was aimed towards Shadow, Link's real goal was the ice. Even if Shadow wasn't hit by the arrow, it could blow up the ice around Shadow and cause him to plunge through the ice if he didn't move.
Link: "Well..Lets see you dodge this!"
Some of the ice was beggining to become undone in that area anyways from Link's stomp on it earlier, so if Shadow didn't move quickly he would fall into the cold, harsh ocean which would kill him.

Shadow shrugs as he says, "Heh, just what I wanted." Shadow swiftly grabbed the arrow in his left hand and takes off the bomb. He then threw the bomb twards Link as if it were a baseball. After thowing the bomb, he jumped back 25 feet from his position and said, "Hey batter batter, hey batter batter, ya need ta' swing."

As the bomb came back towards Link, Link knew that he wouldn't have much time to escape the blast impact of his bomb, Link looked up to a iceberg several feet away and then he launched the hookshot towards it, the hookshot's spear impaled through the middle of the iceberg's ice, sending Link flying towards the top of the other iceberg, which was about which had a flat surface and he stared back towards Shadow.
Link: "Heh...pretty impressive, but it isn't smart to taunt a kage, I'm barely showing you any of my skills so maybe I should stop holding back."
Suddenly a massive amount of pressurized energy began to surge around Link, some of the ice continued to crack along the area near Shadow due to the commotion, as did some of the ice around Link due to his energy. Link was seperated from shadow by a thirty foot long iceberg which stood about twelve feet high, the iceberg was surrounded by water but it wasn't connected to the layer of ice Shadow was on. Link stared down at Shadow with a grin on his face as a green colored orb of chakra formed in his left hand, in Link's right, Link was making the Shadow Doppelganger handsign. One Shadow Doppelganger appeared next to Link's right side and then it moved to Link's left side. The Shadow doppelganger began to charge up the green orb by moving it's hands on the orb, wind began to charge around the growing Rasengan. Link stood there as he continued to gaze down at Shadow, Link continued to grin, realized that Shadow wouldn't know about the irregular use of this Rasengan from the others.
Link: "Lets see how long you'll last against this technique."

Shadow swiftly jumped up roughly 20 ft, then he started flapping his wings to keep in place. He then said to Link, "What, did ya think my wings were just for show? Well now it's my turn, so here I go."Shadow then charged 8 aura shuricins, 4 in each hand. Then, staying in the air, he shot theen all around Link, seperating his ice burg from the rest and couse the one he is on to begin to flip on it's side. He then continued to say "I'm not 100% positive about this but since something like 90% of an iceburg is underwater, if more then 90% of the ice burg is under, it will bounce up and tip over. So If I were you, I'd move."

Just as Shadow had cut off Link's iceberg from the rest of the other iceburgs, Link jumped forward and Landed on another iceburg that was twelve feet in front of him, thus keeping him from being affected by the iceberg falling over. Link's hand began to charge with Raiton energy around the Rasengan to make the Rasengan much more dangerous. The Rasengan became the size of a large boulder and it began to glow yellow instead of it's usual blue appearance. Electricity began to spark around the powerful Rasengan as Link began to grip his hand forwards.
Link: "You won't beat me with cheap tricks, fight me for real and up close. Raiton Rasengan: Lightning rod throw!"
As Link stood on an iceburg that was twenty feet from Shadow, Link charged the Rasengan, but instead of running at Shadow, Link threw the Rasengan at Shadow in attempt to shock him with it, not only would this be extremely effective if it hit, if it even hit the wet ice near Shadow it could shock him badly, it could even kill Shadow if he took the large electrical shock directly. Link didn't say anything in order to take Shadow by surprise of the Rasengan, it had all the effects of the wind based Rasengan, but with added deadlyness of elecricity. Shadow may know that obviously water conducts electiricity, but if it misses and falls into the cold ocean, it has the ability to shoot a magnetic shockwave towards the closest living thing to it.
