Oregon city, Oregon. Yes, that is in United States, and for some reason the most expencive place to live when compared with income, I would rather live in Alaska personaly, but more preferably in France or Germany.

Most people come up here for the yearly dividends, the 7.15 minimum wage, and the oil fields. Other than that its not much if your not an outdoorsman.
