ΞxxxxxT h exxxR o l e p l a yxxxG u i d exxxxxΞ »xx»xx»xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAttention! Attention! Hello there~! ;D This is your guild captain, Winevy, telling you that you MUST READ THESE GUILDLINES BEFORE YOU ROLEPLAY. This is only to help you fully understand what is going on in the roleplay, since I have a habit to make things more complicated than it needs to be. But I fully believe in your capabilities to read all this then follow it out in your roleplaying. After all, you did manage to make it here, to this LITERATE guild. So I think you can handle this small task here. ;] This thread will help you roleplay correctly in this guild. Without it, you'll probably fail miserably and probably get banned. So please, PLEASE follow these, and you will have a successful roleplaying career in this guild. Make sure you read through these completely and thoroughly before doing anything in this guild. In fact, you should read these even before you join. I cannot stress enough the importance of these. So just do your best to follow them and carry them out correctly. (:

xxxxxY o u rxxxF i r s txxxP o k é m o nxxxxx »xx»xx»xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAttention! Attention! This being a Pokemon guild, you're going to have to have Pokemon. (You HAVE to. The Principal will force one on to you if you don't want one) Upon first arriving at the academy, you probably want to get your first Pokemon, unless you already got one from home or some other special occasion. This new Pokemon must be level 5 or lower. You can only get one Pokemon from the Principal, but later on you can catch or win Pokemon.
Since I'm nice, the Principal will let you have any Pokemon you wish, except for legendaries of course. And Pokemon that there are only one of in the game. (Rotom, Castform, etc.) And they have to be first-stage Pokemon. We're not having Lvl 5 Charizard here, okay? As for 'baby' Pokemon, those are considered first-stage, so instead of Chansey, you'd have to have a Happiny instead, because that would be considered first-stage.
Once you have received your Pokemon, it is yours to keep and you can do whatever you want to it. But the first thing you're going to want to do is fill out the profile for this new Pokemon and post it in your character's records. After getting any new Pokemon this should be the first thing you do.
Pokemon will follow the rules of regular evolving, move learning, and breeding, no exceptions. Intro |♫| Your First Pokémon |♫| Battling & EXP |♫| Your Schedule & Classes |♫| Catching Pokemon |♫| Money & Items |♫| Reserved |♫| Reserved

xxxxxB a t t l i n gxxxA n dxxxE X Pxxxxx »xx»xx»xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAttention! Attention! You can battle each other's characters, wild Pokemon, or freely in the Battle classes or Battle Tower.
If you've noticed, there are the amounts of EXP of every Pokemon you defeat. Like every Pokemon game, there are levels and EXP. Pokemon know they grow levels, so you can include that in the roleplay. As you beat Pokemon, use this to find the EXP of it. (Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage)Levels 1-10 [Level: 1 -> 2][Needed Experience: 4] [Level: 2 -> 3][Needed Experience: 8] [Level: 3 -> 4][Needed Experience: 13] [Level: 4 -> 5][Needed Experience: 32] [Level: 5 -> 6][Needed Experience: 65] [Level: 6 -> 7][Needed Experience: 110] [Level: 7 -> 8][Needed Experience: 175] [Level: 8 -> 9][Needed Experience: 262] [Level: 9 -> 10][Needed Experience: 373] Levels 10-20 [Level: 10 -> 11][Needed Experience: 512] [Level: 11 -> 12][Needed Experience: 681] [Level: 12 -> 13][Needed Experience: 884] [Level: 13 -> 14][Needed Experience: 1124] [Level: 14 -> 15][Needed Experience: 1404] [Level: 15 -> 16][Needed Experience: 1728] [Level: 16 -> 17][Needed Experience: 2097] [Level: 17 -> 18][Needed Experience: 2515] [Level: 18 -> 19][Needed Experience: 2985] [Level: 19 -> 20][Needed Experience: 3511] Levels 20-30 [Level: 20 -> 21][Needed Experience: 4096] [Level: 21 -> 22][Needed Experience: 4741] [Level: 22 -> 23][Needed Experience: 5451] [Level: 23 -> 24][Needed Experience: 6229] [Level: 24 -> 25][Needed Experience: 7077] [Level: 25 -> 26][Needed Experience: 8000] [Level: 26 -> 27][Needed Experience: 8998] [Level: 27 -> 28][Needed Experience: 10077] [Level: 28 -> 29][Needed Experience: 11239] [Level: 29 -> 30][Needed Experience: 12487] Levels 30-40 [Level: 30 -> 31][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 31 -> 32][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 32 -> 33][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 33 -> 34][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 34 -> 35][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 35 -> 36][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 36 -> 37][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 37 -> 38][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 38 -> 39][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 39 -> 40][Needed Experience: ] Levels 40-50 [Level: 40 -> 41][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 41 -> 42][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 42 -> 43][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 43 -> 44][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 44 -> 45][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 45 -> 46][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 46 -> 47][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 47 -> 48][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 48 -> 49][Needed Experience: ] [Level: 49 -> 50][Needed Experience: ] For Double Battles, the amount of experience points is split between the two combatants unless one faints. However, some confusion may occour when the experience value ends in an uneven number like 5. When this happens, just round down so the number ends in an even four, then halve it. Same goes for 1, or 3, or 7, or 9 - round down to the next even number, then halve.
For regular battling, You lose 1 HP(times the multiple of 10 you level is. EX. level 40, you lose 4 HP) each battle of a Pokemon a lower level than you, 2 HP(same here EX. level 40, you lose 8.) for a pokemon the same level, and 3 HP(same here. EX. level 40, you lose 12) for a Pokemon of a higher level. I hope that makes sense. For your opponent's HP, it's the opposite. You deal more damage if they are a lower-level opponent and you deal less damage if they are a higher-level. This is only for important battles or battles against other characters.
For wild battles you don't have to keep track of your health and your foe's health, but keep in mind that for every wild battle, you lose 1 HP. Please try to keep the level of the wild Pokemon around your Pokemon's level. In other words, don't say you defeated a lvl 40 Entei with a lvl 10 Butterfree. It just doesn't make sense. xxxxxM o n e yxxxA n dxxxI t e m sxxxxx »xx»xx»xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAttention! Attention! Every item that is in the Pokemon games is fair play to have in this RP. Not that you will get all of them or nearly all of them. When you start off the RP with a character, they will automatically start with:
xxxxx3000 PD xxxxxPokéball x5 xxxxxPokédex xxxxxPokétch/Pokegear/Capture Stylus (only 1)
You can use this money to buy items from the Pokémart or the School Supplies Shop. You buy them for the full price they are listed. NO HAGGLING, Y'HEAR! >| Regardless of whether you used them or not, you can sell back the items for half their original price.
Just like in real life, items you buy in the Pokemart eventually wear down to the point where you can no longer use them. We wouldn't want a pencil to last forever, now would we? Now you are wondering how to roleplay this? Example:
15 classes after buying a pen "Wendy used her pen for every class to write down notes. Now, 15 classes after that, her pen was nearly out of ink. Every other word, she would have to shake the pen to get the ink down to the ball. "GAHHHH, I have no more ink!" She exclaimed. She threw her pen into the trash and got out a spare to use for her next classes. R.I.P. Pen. 3
Anyways, here's the list of items and how long they can be used. And keep in mind these are about the time they should be gone.
xxxxxPokechow Box x1: 1 RP week [after feeding every RP day which you should.] xxxxxPokebone: 2 RP weeks xxxxxPoketreats Box x1: 3 RP weeks xxxxxHB2 Pencil: 15 classes xxxxxMechanical Pencil: 35 classes xxxxxPens: 35 classes xxxxxNotebook: 60 classes xxxxxEraser: 50 classes xxxxxNotebook Paper: 3 classes xxxxxStaple x1: 2 classes xxxxxNotepad: 60 classes Intro |♫| Your First Pokémon |♫| Battling & EXP |♫| Your Schedule & Classes |♫| Catching Pokemon |♫| Money & Items |♫| xxxx |♫| Reserved
