CHAPTER 1...

Anna sighed. Why, why...

It was June. School was over and she hadn't even talked to him once. Romance is great, unless the guy you like has never talked to you before. Not to mention she thinks he likes her back. I guess both of us are too scared to talk to the other. He's not even in my classes. The best bet I have is that maybe he'll be in one of my classes next year. And then I'll make sure we sit next to each other and we'll fall in love and get married and our kids names will be...
WAIT!!!
We'll probably not get in the same class, to start. Which means none of that other stuff will happen. I should probably just stop thinking about him forever. But you know, dreams happen.

CHAPTER 2...

CHAPTER 3...

The school-year starts.
It turns out they both love each other. Anna's friend, Joy could clearly see that. After she weaseled it out of Anna, her friend also told her that she thinks he likes her back. So of course, she went to Jeff's best friend, Brent. He told her that Jeff had a huge crush on Anna. They made a plan to get them together.

CHAPTER 4...

The next day Joy and Brent made sure that their plans went as planned.

Joy and Anna just kept walking.

Brent and Jeff were walking in the opposite direction. Brent told Jeff to talk to Anna, and walked to the boy's bathroom.

Joy walked away from Anna.

The two lovebirds just froze.

Oh my, we're alone. Should I say something? Will he say something?

Okay, just be cool, I should talk to her. Will she like me? Am I sure I should do this?

CHAPTER 5...

Their conversation is:

”Hey, seeya later.”

”....”
AAAAAAAAUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHH!!! I totally blew it! I mean, Seeya later? I mean, really? WHY!

AAAAAAAAAAAAH! Should I have said something? I could tell he was nervous, but should I have been so nervous as to say nothing?

Anna cried all night.


CHAPTER 6...

Okay, obviously I'm going have to make the first move, she thought, because my crush is just as shy as I am.

”Okay Joy, obviously you and Brent planned that.” Anna said. “Can you get him to make sure that Jeff is by his classroom during nutrition? I have an idea.”

The next day Joy and Anna ate their snacks around the tree that's by Jeff's homeroom. As Jeff and Brent walked out of the classroom to get their snacks, Brent walked Jeff over to the two girls and introduced him to the girls.

Anna started the conversation. “Hey, nice to meet you. I've never really talked to you before, but yeah...”

“Oh, yeah... How's it going?”

The two friends of the lovebirds walked away.


CHAPTER 7...

Jeff started, ”Oh, hey Anna,...”

“Yeah.....”
“Do you want to see a movie sometime?”
“Yeah, anything that's...”
“Totally amazing?”
“Yeah, how'd you know?”
“Just, oh, well,...”
“Tell me tonight, at the movies, 6:30, O.K?”
“Yeah, see you then.”

CHAPTER 8...

At the movies Jeff and Anna both make sure to get there early.
Oh, hey Jeff. I guess we both wanted to make sure we had everything ready, huh.
Yeah, isn't that kind of funny?

Okay, I have an idea. Instead of me getting all the stuff, like we planned, we could both get something and surprise the other person. Like, I could get the movie tickets and you could get the snacks.
Okay, that would work. Make sure not to take too long choosing the movie so that we can talk about what you were going to tell me.

She walked towards the movie theater and went to get some popcorn and candies for the movie. She chose a medium popcorn and a box of licorice for them to share.
Okay, sure.

He decided not to pick Primed and Dangerous because he knew that he wanted to choose one he thought would make her cry on his shoulder and that would be romantic. So he chose My Dinner With Matthew.
Okay Jeff, let's go to the movie, but don't tell me what it is. I want to be surprised.
Yeah, okay, let's go.
They walked into the theater and sat down together for the movie. It was half and hour before the movie was to start.

Anna: Okay, now what was it you were going to tell me?

Jeff: Oh, yeah so... I knew about what kind of things you like because... I... I... I like you.

Anna: Oh, well, I like you too.

Jeff: Really?

Anna: Well, yeah. I've been... Liking you since, well, 5th grade.

Jeff: Well... me too.

Anna: Okay, well cool. I got popcorn and red licorice. They're my favorite movie snacks.

Jeff: No way, me too.

Anna: Oh, looks like the movies about to start.
The Movie Starts
Anna: What movie is it?

Jeff: You'll see.
My Dinner with Matthew
Jeff ended up loving the movie and so did Anna.

Jeff: See you tomorrow.

Anna: Yeah, bye.

CHAPTER 9...
“Joy!!!!! I had the best night ever!! He was so sweet and we watched My Dinner With Matthew!” Anna said.
“Oh my gosh! That's so sweet! I wish I were you.”

“I know, right? I'm so happy.”
