Who do you think could beat SSJ4 Goku? I think just about any Death Note wielder could do it because either they would use the Shinigami eyes if they had them to find out his name and then write it in their Death Note. Or option #2; the Death Note user could just ask Goku his full name and of course Goku would just give it the Death Note user because he is a good natured person who is also polite.

1) Light Yagami (1ST KIRA) [From Death Note] (Or any other Death Note User; especially a Shinigami)
2) Lelouch vi Britannia (ZERO) [From Code Geass]
3) Rolo Lamperouge (Lelouch's Fake Brother) [From Code Geass R2]
4) Raizen [maybe (if he was in his prime)] (Yusuke's Father) [From Yu-Yu Hakasho]
5) LSSJ3 (or LSSJ4) Broly [From 2 of the DBZ Movies; 3 if you count the Bio-Broly Movie]

Itachi Uchiha. But only if he could trap Goku in a Genjutsu. But even then Goku might be able to disrupt his Chakra flow and break the Genjutsu. But I don't think Goku would have figured it out in time to stop itachi from killing him.
(I am assuming that there would be no outside interference)

As for this Keine from Touhou Project, I wouldn't know because I myself haven't heard of Touhou Project before now. I didn't so much read the topic as much as skim. My apologies. Touhou is a Japanese series of old-fashioned arcade-style shooting games, the kind where there is literally a million bullets for you to dodge. Except instead of ships the characters are cute girls. It might be interesting to point out that in Touhou, the in-universe combat system is designed to put people at more or less equal power levels, regardless of whether the person is a human, demon, god, fairy, or any other kind of being. Not to say there aren't power differences within that system... but the power differences are much MUCH smaller than if a human were to try to fight a god without power limitations in effect. Touhou is HUGE in Japan, spawning toys, conventions, doujinshi, official manga, cover music, and though the creator wants people to know of it as a game series first and foremost (and thus has no plans for it to be animated), there was even a well-done fan-produced OVA complete with celebrity voice actors.

I highly doubt Vegeta could defeat Goku. He just doesn't have what it takes. Even Vegeta knows that. Remember even he admitted Goku was better than him.

Even if Goku could read Itachi's emotions, I'm sure he wouldn't know to avoid eye contact. If anything, knowing good old Goku, he'd look directly into Itachi's eyes for two reasons. 1st, to show Itachi respect. 2nd, he'd probably think that they look really cool.

Goku is known to be resilient. Sure I guess you're right, but I think Goku might be able to survive Itachi's mental torture. first of all NO ONE in Death Note can kill Goku. He isn't Human, he's an Alien.
Secondly, Itachi cannot kill Goku. Genjutsu doesn't work on anyone without a Chakra System, and people in DBZ do not use Chakra, they use Ki (which works differently).

Kami Tenchi, Chousins, Lord of nightmares, Dark Schneider, TTGL, Pyron etc.
