I've been using a 32mb stick and I just bought a 256mb and I was wondering how I would transfer all the stuff I had on the other and put it on this one.

Put the 32 MB in the PSP, connect the PSP to a computer, and transfer all the files to computer.
Then, quit the USB connection on the PSP and put the 256 MB in the PSP, connect it to the computer, and transfer all the files to it.
To connect to a computer:
1. Plug a USB connection cable between the PSP and the computer.
2. Go to the first tab in the PSP main menu, and go down to 'USB Connection' and press X.
3. To disconnect, press O.
