What do you mean? The graphics look good to me. It seems to be the same as MGS4.

I'm not sure if the 360 is actually capable of playing MGS:Rising smoothly. I think the 360 version would be a phail. xD

I had the same thoughts as you did when I first saw the rising trailer, but then I saw the trailer for a game called Crysis 2. It's for 360 and PS3, and the Engine for the game is supposedly by the people behind the Unreal Engine. Either way it looks sick, and the gameplay is on par with a lot of CGI I've seen in cutscenes

No real MGS fan wastes their time on an action game. The game is meant to be "Tactical Espionage Action" not "Lighting Fast Action". And the game can't live without sneaking. This reminds me of Metal Gear Acid, no one liked that game, and I think the same will go for MGS Rising. Honestly, without snake, who can be put in the game? The game is destined for snake and snake only. I can see if they made a remake about Grey Fox, or more big boss games, that's because those are missing pieces of the story. MGS Rising is just another action game like Ninja Gaiden, if we wanted something with action, why not some more VR missions?

Maybe now they'll like his appearance.

Well I'd love to play an Mgs focused souly on The Boss (my second fav. mgs char.) ... And besides I think we should at least give it a chance ...but let's hope it doesn't turn out like MG2 where they completely disregard Kojima and try to "wing it "

Im a "Real MGS fan" as you say and I love action games like Mortal Kombat, Kill Zone 2, Onimusha, and so on. And it's not destined for Snake ethier. What just because he's the first playable character in the game only he can be any of the games? Not really. What your basicly saying is that Chris Redfeild and Jill Valentine the first protaginists of Resident Evil should be the only characters in the serise. Were all true fans here wheater we like Riseing or not. Not trying to offend just saying.

MGS Rising is just another action game like Ninja Gaiden, if we wanted something with action, why not some more VR missions? This is not entirely true. I'm a fan of MGS and I can't wait to see Rising. And how much of it have we actually seen? We saw about an accumulated 10 seconds of actual gameplay, so we don't know what to expect. And what about the CGI scene we were shown? Raiden jumping from scaffold to scaffold before leaping down and taking out the guard. We may see more of this incorporated into gameplay. Maybe you will be given the option to be sneaky, or get sneak kills on enemies. Lightning-fast action can also be found in tactically killing enemies, such as sniping in shooters, dropping down from rooftops and cutting people in half in Devil May Cry 2 and Tenchu, or quickly taking down multiple guards and heading back for cover, or a hiding spot.

The Graphics in MGS: Rising will be better that MGS4. What you saw was called a " demo " and finally it will run smooth on the Xbox because thay are releasing a better model.
