Setting: A small mysterious forest outside of Uzugakure which contains many rocks of several sizes, and varieties.
Conditions:
-No godmodding
-No loose articles are available, making it impossible to use the substitution jutsu.
-Time is not affected in this forest, meaning it's always day.
time is also unusable to escape any attacks whatsoever.
-Killing intent is acceptable due to this being a battle of rivals.
-Insane gets the first post, if no post is made within five days of each user the match is a draw.
ACCEPT or DECLINE?

I accept Insane walks through a tree with a carefree attitude that could even be determined, from a trained eye. Insane takes a good look around the place and looks at what possible elements that would be better. Insane thinks that water won't be useful in this fight since the tree will be able to absorb little bit of water. Insane knew that Link would be a great opponent to face, and that more then likely Insane would lose. Insane knew that he might have to wait around 2 or so minutes till link shows up. Insane pulls out a book, with his right hand that says perv perv paradise. Insane reads it and thinks that it a little interesting. Insane hold the book in a position that allows Link, to only see the "p" in the first word. Insane keeps reading the book till Link shows up.

Link was walking through a meadow on a hill several feet away from Insane's right side, he began to walk slowly down the hill untill he was standing across from where Insane was standing. Link moved his arms into a fighting position, with his right arm held straight out and his left held closer to his left side.
Link: "I hope that your ready Insane, because your my rival. I won't go easy on you so prepare yourself!"
Link jumped back slightly not moving out of his fighting position and then he pumped his left hand into a fist. Link with his right hand, unsheathed the Gilded sword from his back and then he held it towards his right side. Wind shifted throughout the area as Link silently began to walk, Link began sprinting and then running towards Insane with his sword, attempting to slash Insane acrossed his left shoulder.
Link: "Hyaaa!!!"

Insane put the book away and made a hand shake to link as if he was saying "How are you Link"" Insane asked Link in dead serious voice " It is nice to meet you yet again and Link, I have developed a new form of Kaguya Jutsu, One that will surprise even you, and make me in an advantage when it comes to taijutsu."
Insane then turned his left arm into what looks like what you, would see if insane were a skeleton. Insane turn his finger bones into little knives that could retract and grow bigger and smaller, which makes Insane very deadly opponent. However since this is Insane unique jutsu, Link shouldn't know anything about it. Insane walked slowly up to Link with his hand in a position that look like his hand was kuani, except it was bone, that was steel hard.Insane asked Link " Link, what do you think of this transformation? It allows me to turn my body into a weapon, but still have feelings. Also a piece of advice Try to keep you're distance between us, it'll help you a lot."( Also can i have ten fight points since this is my true form, the real reason i was scared was because this was my actual form of Shikotsumyaku (屍骨脈; Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse" which made other clan members scared of me)

(Ok since you didn't really read that i was running already to strike you on your left shoulder and didn't post about blocking it or anything, you were hit by it.)
Link was slightly satisfied that he was able to cut Insane the way he did across the left shoulder, Link was pretty sure that that might have done severe damage in such a short amount of time, even to a kage, the blade of the Gilded sword is extremely painful, it wascrafted in a really fierce manner so it wouldn't be a surprise to Link if it did. As Link had headed behind Insane, Link swung around with the sword again, to create a minor surge of magical energy with the sword coming towards Insane's right side of his torso.
Link: "Apparently you need to keep your eyes more alert to whats occuring around you, lets see you dodge this! Seya!!"
As Link spun around in a circular motion behind Insane to strike him with the Gilded sword, the energy surrounding the blade glowed gold as it came towards Insane's side.
Link: "Behold my secret technique! Spin slash!"

Insane saw link every movement but merely turned around and let Link me. Insane held his arm and said
" Link, that hurt a lot you know, besides there one thing you should know. My Skeleton form, will allow me to heal all previously Wounds before i go through a complete transformations.I have practiced countless hours trying to perfect this technique, and now the work has finally payed off. One thing through, despite my wound still being on me, that won't in a little bit."
Insane turns himself into a skeleton, which now every single Wound Insane has, are all healed up and it seemed like it never happen. http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:e4ndPEek82ETcM:http://www.merriam-webster.com/art/med/skeleton.gif (also the bones are over my flesh and skin so there still protected even if you mange to pierce me.what that means link you know how skeleton have patches where no bones there is skin at those places.) Insane immediately hardened his bones with huge amounts of chakra, so his bones are now titanium hard, which means Link blade will have a hard time trying to cut me, but will will be able to, just not easily. Insane turns his finger back to normal. Insane unsheathes his sword, Tekezel, all of a sudden the sword evolves and can use meiton attack, and it piercing ability now can cut through steel in instants.

(Yeah I understand Kaguya clan jutsu from watching Gaara fight Kimimaru, but if Gaara had fully released Shukakku in that fight No matter what Kimimaru had thrown at him, he would have been pwned. I don't think your allowed to heal yourself completely like that, at least it has to take a great toll on your chakra to do so.)
Link: "Heh heh....Don't think that my sword can't cut through steel or bone, it was specially designed so that it couldn't be broken, which means that all the upgrades on my sword have been payed off."
Link jumped back, he did realize however by the appearance of Insane's hard body that it would be slightly harder to pierce his skin with the Gilded sword, Link moved his left arm to his side and then he pulled a bomb out of his bag, the bomb was a very old type of bomb, it didn't have wires, and it wasn't made of paper, the bomb was black and it had a wick on the top of it.
Link slammed the bomb towards the ground, forcing sparks to fly towards the bomb's wick. This created a chai reaction and the wick ignited the bomb, the bomb would go ff quickly so Link through it towards Insane, attempting to hurt him with the explosion. Link began to run in the opposite direction of Insane, and he was now seven feet from Insane and the bomb, and the bomb would go off quickly.
Link: "Boom!"

(that jutsu takes around nearly all of my chakra up, and that why it is so strong.) Insane jumped backwards to avoid the bomb, and,thus making zero damage. Insane had now widen the distance even further between link and insane, from 7ft to 21ft. Insane feels the effect of the drainage of Insane's chakra. Insane kneels down, takes off a piece of paper on Insane's knee. Insane had just released the seal of his chakra, and is now fighting full force. Insane now, ran towards link and in instants was 1ft and half in front of Link. Insane says
" Do you're best to avoid this attack, I haven't master controlling it."
Insane holds up a sword made of Insane''s own bone, with his left hand. As, Insane does that 1 thousand bones appear in the sky. Insane shouts
The thousand bone fury"
(it is a kekkai genkai move so it can't be prepped)
In instants, all thousand bone hit the ground around Insane and Link, now due to their size and length, it like where in a prison. At this points Both insane and link are stuck in the thousand bone formations, which appears like a prison to most people. Insane makes a grin
" Link, you will witness another technique I can only use while in this form.

Link: "Heh..."The thousand bone fury" huh?"
Link grinned as if Insane had done exactly what he had wanted him to do, it was very obvious that Link didn't want to move away, he wanted to fight in close range combat.
Link: "Hehehe...Very bad mistake, not only am I a master at close range combat, it's rather my specialty to fight with a sword. Now it's your turn to see my technique, after all I haven't wasted any chakra yet."
Suddenly Link moved his right arm out, the Gilded sword began to slowly charge with energy, at first the Gilded sword was only charging a blue colored energy around it like before, but quickly the flames became fire red, orange energy charged around the blade and it was still growing, but the spinslash wasn't what Link had in mind this time. In Link's left hand, he made a few handsigns so he could summon three shadow clones to distract Insane, little did Insane know that they had hidden paper bombs behind their backs, they headed towards Insane in order to blow themself apart.
Link: "You might want to be careful about my buddies here, they can pack quiet a bang if you ask me."

Insane saw the fire turn different colors,Insane also saw three clones just walking towards him. Insane listen closely to Link's words and thought for a second. Insane, eyes widen when hearing link saying they pack quiet a bang. Insane saw that the clones were only about 18 inches away form Insane. Insane held up his left arm and twisted his fingers, as if he was saying " comer here bones, protect me." The bones, appear in front of Insane and behind the clones. The clones blew up and made a huge crack nearly through the entire foot wide bone. Insane made a deep sigh, at how close that was from taking damage. Insane now turned his attention to Link's Sword. Insane saw that his sword had different color energy around it. Insane held tekezel in the air. and then said " meiton style dark piercing slashes lv1." Tekezel, turned out to somehow have chakra in itself that didn't belong to Insane. Tekezel turned even blacker with dark purple aura. Insane then swung his sword down and a purple slash mark went towards Link. As, the purple slash mark went towards Link, left arm elbow it became black, becoming even stronger. Insane said " Let see who has the the better sword, and who can use their sword better."
