 Kailee sat in a chair in the living room reading a book. She was supposed to have new slaves arriving soon but she didn't know when they would so she decided to just sit in the room nearest to the door. She had heard that they were going to be humans and wasn't very excited about it but maybe they would be different.

Hearing the commotion outside, Kailee guessed her new slaves were here. A knock on the door confirmed her thoughts. She hurried to the door and opened it in time to hear the boy yell at the guards. All three boys were on their knees, she didn't like humans but that didn't mean they had to be kneeling before her. "Let them up." she ordered the guards.

"they don't move until we let them, "the lead guard said as he looked at her, "we have orders to drop them off and get payed..." One of the Guards holding Nicklaus hit him in the chest to shut him up.

Kailee spoke a soft command to Skyler and he started growling. She threw a bag of money at the guards. "Take your money and leave quickly while you still can." she threatened, taking a step towards the guards with Skyler close behind her.

The guards got into there cars and left, fast. Skyler went over to Jetadiea and looked at the black eye he had gotten that morning. Nicklaus got to his feet and watched Kailee. "who the hell are you..." he said his eyes not leaving her.

Regaining her composer, "I am Kailee Kaola and this is my home." she said proudly with her chin raised with just a hint of kindness mixed in with her confidence, she knew how to put on a face. "But more importantly, who are you? They told me I would be getting 3 slaves but they never told me names." she said more kindly.

"That is none of your...." Nicklaus began before Skyler got to his feet and walked over. "Nicky, shut up....." He said before looking at Kailee, "I am Sky and these are my brothers Nicklaus and Jetadiea...nice to meet you..."

Kailee smiled at the one who said he was Sky, "Sky huh? Would that be short for Skyler?" she asked after offering her hand. "You two may stand up also, you don't need to kneel before me, I'm nobody special." touching her wolf on the head to calm him down.

"I don't liked to be called that if you don't mind..." Sky said smiling and then getting to his feet.
Nicklaus got to his feet and walked over to Jetadiea and helped him to his feet. Jet did not say a thing and looked at the ground.

Kailee smiled at Sky, "You may be called whatever you wish. Do either of you wish to be called by a nickname of some sorts?" she asked the other two. Then, noticing the Jetadiea's black eye she walked over to him and placed two fingers under his chin and tilted his head so she could see his eye better, "Are you ok?" she asked softly.

Nicklaus moved Jetadiea away from her and stepped in the middle of them. "Don't touch him....please....," Nicklaus said quietly, "...you can call my what ever you want...I don't care....and you can call my little brother Jet....."
Sky watched them and walked over, standing next to Kailee.

Kailee nodded as she took a few steps back feeling as if she was invading their space. She hid her feelings and said, "Well come in then you three and I'll show you to the kitchen, Nicklaus, so you can get some ice for Jet's eye." She turned on her heel and whistled for Zane and he came and followed her into the house. Hoping none of them would run away she waited for them inside the doorway.

Jet pushed away from his brothers and walked after Kailee, the other two boys looked at each other and then followed there brother.
