This is a very unique forum, based off a failed guild of my friends, and a computer game I suck at. ((I believe being honest is the best course of action))
Here, you will make your own Planet, or group of planets, and control your Civilization. You can declare war on your neighbors, or arange for a trade treaty. You may make up the species that live on your world(s), or you may use existing ones ((for example, speices from Star Trek, and Star Wars, or andriods and robots, etc.)) Here are the rules for this forum:

~I am God. What I say goes.
~Post in font larger than 9.
~Clearly Record all Historical happenings on your world in the Historical Achievements forum.
~Clearly State a Declaration of War in the Declaration of war forum
~Hostile Takeovers of other people's worlds are not allowed, unless the other agrees to it.
~Leaders may not leave their world/Empire
~Peace Treaties, Trade Agreements, Alliances and such must be posted in the Friendship forum
~Secret Alliances are allowed. These do NOT have to be posted in the Friendship forum, but keep in mind this is an act fo war.
~If your planet wishes to join someone else's Empire ((or join with someone else's planet to MAKe an Empire,)) you will have two leaders, (one played by each) and you must make sure you both agree on the courses of action your Empire chooses to take.
~You may create more specific characters other than the leaders. These wil be posted in the Important Figures forum
~To RP, make a forum Titled with either your Planet(or Empire), or Titled: ((insert name of two worlds/empires)) ((insert trade or Peace)) Treaty, or somethign to that effect.
