Skills: Laida is very flexible, nimble and acrobatic. While she usually doesn't fight, she practices a style of martial arts called Sayaw ng Kamatayan ("Dance of Death"), or Yaw-Yan for short.
Powers: Her heritage as a Shadow Wolf grants her the rare ability to merge with and control the shadows at will, giving them a physical form or keeping them in their non-matter forms. She also uses shadows to track others' locations, hide, or travel. She is also a bit of an empathic, being able to sense the emotions of others.
Personality: Laida is the kind of girl who always smiles, despite anything that goes on. She doesn't let emotion or her desires get the better of her. Being a wolf, she is naturally gentle and protective of those she knows, although she generally does not fight, being a pacifist. She's generally a happy child, but she can't stand negative emotions, which is why she stays upbeat and positive. She's affectionate toward her older cousin, Jin.
Bio: Laida had a different upbringing from her dear cousin, being born into the light instead on in the Shadows. Because of this, she was exposed to more human culture and learned to get along with them better, although she was still being hunted because of her inhuman blood. Nowadays, she only mentions the happier parts of her past, rather than the times of heavy violent bloodshed that followed her footsteps.
