Have you ever experienced, uhh, while talking to Jesus in a prayer suddenly tears come falling off your eyes and YOU DON'T KNOW WHY?? or just like feeling someone around you trying to... like ...
distract you? uhh.. I have that strange feeling... its the first time I ever cried in my Prayers!! eek

okay, one more thing...

what is an Atheist? sweatdrop I know I may sound like Im not familiar around here but, Its the first time I heard of them. Im living within christians, catholic and born again alike. also include the other christian religion but that is not much here in my place. only most catholic and fellow evangelists.

It happens sometimes. I haven't cried in prayer before, but the magnificence and power and grace of God can be so much that.. It's like being sad, and you have the physical reactions of being sad (tears, that feeling in the throat) but you aren't sad. It's happiness. Pure awe.

An atheist is someone who denies not only God, but that any god exists. They aren't always pointing at the Christian God, but that happens often. At the most basic level, it is the belief that no deity exists.

Ive fallen into the holy ghost before and it made me cried. I found myself on the ground in the middle of a Christian concert in tears, shaking, and speaking in tounges. Its complete normal and ppl never plan it, it just happens.

And yea the same as what Vk Fox said an atheist is a person who dosent believe in any Gods.

Yes, I cry when I pray, many times. Because I tell God things that I can't tell anyone else. I cry when I know I have hurt him, and when I ask for forgivness. I cry when I am lost, confused and hurting. I can't hide anything from God like I can everyone else. He and my boyfriend are the only people that have ever seen me cry.

Well, my pastor did once...but that's not the point.

With God I don't have to be a stone, because He is my stone.

When I talk to Him, I know He listens and I know He cares. I cry because I am happy that He is there.

Hi there! Wow, great testimony of the power of prayer! No, that never happened to me before, but I've cried out in prayer many times. I've experienced the great peace of God after those prayers when before I thought there is no way out, after prayer I thought, oh well, whatever happens happens then.

To my understanding, an atheist is someone who doesn't believe in God or any other type of higher power. Everything happens by chance for atheists. I myself am a Christian. And btw, as a Christian you ARE born again. There is no one without the other (ref John 3) smile

it's hard for me not to cry when i spend time in prayer.
i cry for different reasons.
i cry because of how much time i wasted not living my life for Christ.
i cry because i'm so grateful for Gods forgiveness because no matter what... He never left me.
i cry because there's people i love and i'm not sure if they're believers and the thought of them in hell is absolutely devastating.

There's coming a day when the Lord shall wipe away all our tears.

Rev 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

That pastor is correct in one way: You have to accept Jesus as your savior. You need to confess that you are a sinner in need of a savior; willing to turn away from your sin, believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross, and accept him as your Lord and savior.

As a former Catholic, I never heard that stuff either. Catholics are different at times, because they pray to Mary, Jesus' mother. And though she was a special person, and the mother of God the Son, she was also just human in need of salvation. The Bible clearly states that you are NOT to worship other gods.

If you have other questions, I'm happy to help you as best as I can.

I can't say much about the prayer question, but an atheist is a BlueBomber.

Many times I have cried during prayer. I've cried because of how awesome and forgiving and merciful he is. I've also cried because of how selfish I can be but how loving Jesus is. And my family doesn't know Christ; I cry because they don't know Him.
