::10th Division, Large-Scale Operations::

The 10th Division is in charge of planning, coordinating, and executing large missions. Everything is run through their division first, and if approved, the 10th Division gathers the required shinigami from each division, assembles them, assigns duties, plans the attack, coordinate the shinigami according to the mission, execute the attack, and then keep maintenance over it. That includes sending out more reinforcements and information regarding the mission.

It' was michi's first offical day as the vice captain of the 10th division, and this morning she was taken to the captains office, where she was confronted with and extremely large amount of paper work that needed to be seen to " i'm going to need some tea" she said Turning to the man one her right who have a quick bow and ran off.

michi made her way over to the desk and took a seat, as she began to sort through all the paperwork, putting them into there right piles, before she began to go over each and every one of them. " your tea" the man said placing it in front of her before joining his friend both men watching in an awed silence as michi seemed to cruse through the mass load of paperwork.

it was a little after lunch time when michi stood up from the chair and stretched " all done " she said signaling the two men to come over " these need to be archive" she said handing at least half of the finished paper work to him " and these need to be distributed to each division on the folders" heading towards the door she turned back at the men " and once you've done that... i suggest you rest for the remainder of the day since tomorrow we will being intense training

Tempest walked towards the door, looks like he got the right info, Michi was just about to leave and he managed to catch her in time. "Oh finally I found the right place... I got something to talk to you about. It concerns your duty and new position."

michi litteraly ran into tempest as she was leaving she looked up and listend as he talked " ah sure..." she said stepping out of the way so he could come in

"Thanks. I won't take long for this." Tempest walked in and sat on the chair opposite Michi's. "Well as I was saying, I was thinking about making sure that you have some experience in dealing with squad 10's duties. As a result, I was thinking if you want to work with my squad 13. Just because of the fact that our duties are similar to yours except on a smaller scale. So what do you think?"

michi sat and though about it for a few moments, it wasn't a bad idea " sure that would be a big help" she said with a small smile " in fact if you don't mind i might head over there now" she said standing and stretching her sore and tired body " michi's mood had picked up and she walked out the door only to come back in " it's probaly best if you lead they" she said with a soft laugh

"Uhhh sure I guess. I didn't have anything in mind really, I just thought I would run it by you just in case you didn't agree to it." Tempest stood up from his chair and followed Michi. "Uhhh can you lead the way out of the squad? I'm always lost whenever I go to another squad other than the 2nd and 11th."
