Here is the Central 46 chamber where Shinigami's who committed a crime will be taken to and judged for guiltiness. Weather the crimes are in the Soul Society or taken in place in the world of the living, they will be judged here. Captains are no less a criminal than other shinigami. They are the highest rule in the Soul Society under the Spirit King who lives in a diverse dimension in the core of the Soul Society. You can be executed or sent to punishment. Here is where you will report a shinigami who had committed a crime and the judgment will take place in another thread under the criminals name. The execution will be held under another thread under the criminals name as well. If you are executed officially (Meaning your character is dead), you will start your days in the academy with a new character since the old one has been executed. Please only place RP related criminals under this thread. Complaints about how another member RP's should NOT be here.
To file a criminal notice please include the following information:
The time and place the crime occurred
(Whether it happened in the Real world or Soul Society and specifically what thread.)
The name of the criminal including his/her squad and rank.
(The name should be RP name)
