Personality: Annie is an inventor of sorts, an experimenter. She’s incredibly smart but ‘wastes’ her intelligence on prank spells and potions. She’s very friendly to anyone but a Slytherin, considering them all to be stuck-up pricks. In truth, she’s not super fond of fellow Gryffindors either, because she feels they tend to be a bit full of themselves. She greets everyone with a smile though…..then puts giggle potion #6 in their food at the Great hall while the teachers are distracted by the Turkey that’s been reanimated.
Alignment: Good, mischievous, but good
Lineage: Half-blood, Muggle Mother and Wizard Father
Brief Bio: Annie was the only child born to Edgar and Ellen Everly. Annie’s father died when she was little, leaving her with her non-magical mother. She loved her mother though, and spent her days going to normal school. However, she began to experience ‘strange things’ as years passed. When the letter came for her, her mother finally explained the secret she had been keeping from her daughter. Annie went with a magical family friend to Diagon Alley and used all of her father’s left over funds to purchase her school goods.
Extra: She brought a cat named Lenore with her. Her wand is an 8” Apple wood wand with a fairy wing core. She’s excellent at Wizards chess. Her patronus is a Tiger cub and she’s a soprano in the choir.

Appearance: She loves to wear light t-shirt, usually without a design on them, skinny jeans and her black hightops. She also is never caught without her green and silver scarf. She has long light brown hair that’s usually pulled back in a thick black headband. She has green eyes and tannish skin
Personality: She is a little arrogant and cold but other than that seems to be an outcast of the Slytherins. She has no problem talking to other houses but if she doesn’t like you, you’ll know. She can get bored easily and likes to pull pranks on other Slytherins, which is why most of them don’t like her. She is smart but not a teacher’s pet, she is more likely to fall asleep in a class rather than interrupt the teacher with the correct answer. She loves to doodle and her essays and worksheets are often filled with little caricatures of people in her class. While she’s great at charms she really can’t create spells of her own, only memorize and practice those she’s taught. She hates to be told that she’s wrong and even if she is wrong, she will come up with any argument to be right. She is good at potions and can easily create any form of potion. Her favorite thing to do is put potions that make people dizzy or lovesick.
Alignment: Considering she’s a Slytherin, people assume she’s a bad guy but in all reality she’d much rather be on the good side.
Lineage: Pure blood, her father also being a pure blood and her mother a muggle-born. (Yes he was shunned by his family)
Brief bio: She was raised with magic and this is why she’s so good at charms. Even though he was shunned her father had a good amount of money so they live comfortably, but nothing like the other pure blood families. Her mother and father liked to tell her stories of Hogwarts when she was younger; she hoped that she could have the same kind of adventures. She was very excited when she got her letter and couldn’t wait to go to school. She is still a little dazzled by the school. Both her parents wanted her to be a Gryffindor but the hat chose her to be a Slytherin. She is good in her schooling but again doesn’t like to pay attention.
Extra: She owns a pygmy owl named Sam. Her wand is cherry wood with a raven feather, unicorn hair combination core. Eventually she will find that she has an owl patronus. She has a dream of being the announcer for the quidditch matches. She loves chocolate frogs and has a huge collection of the cards.

((While I don't dispute that this makes her a pureblood, according to Jk's odd rulings she's really only a half-blood due to her mother's lineage...but I'll count pureblood because that makes sense))

Age: 11
Appearance: Average height, medium length, soft, pale blonde hair, that has a habit of curling in a thousand different directions, but still looking somewhat tamed. Eyes are bright blue/green with flecks of orange-yellow. Has pretty glasses that make her look more mature than she really is. She loves the Gold and Maroon of Gryffindor and loves to blend soft grays and blacks to create her outfitts, even outside of Hogwarts you will not find her without the Gryffindor colors somewhere on her person. She also loves to play with color schemes on herself and her friends.
Personality: Somewhat strange in mannerisms... She is loud and boistrous, easily making friends once you get past her initial cold exterior. She loves to be the center of attention and frequently finds a way into it. When someone comes to her with the thought 'I wonder what would happen if...' She will generally be on board. She greets people with a glare, unless they make her laugh, then they get points of respect. She has an elaborate-unknown-to-any-but-her-system of ranking that people fall into based upon these points she bestows. She is strong and can/will take down anyone in her way, metephorically and physically. She can be at times rude, and obnoxious, but these points are overlooked for her stronger, better behaved points.
Alignment: Good. Definitely good, though she has few... bad habits.
Lineage: Pureblood, family is somewhat obnoxious about halfbloods and Mudbloods so she tends not to talk about her family or invite people home.
Brief Bio: TerryAnne always knew about magic and that she was destined to go to Hogwarts like her family had for generations, but it still surprised her when she recieved her letter from the owl. She has three older sisters, all beautiful and out in the wizarding world, she used to be very close to them despite the difference in age and she misses them dearly. She is very good at finding the fix to things, explosion? She knows how to fix the mess before the teacher can deduct the points from your house. Unfortunatley, she excells at such things, but unless you are in her small circle of close friends, everything comes at a price, that you will pay. Infirmary? She has her own cupboard of common remedies, whether it be anger at the price of one of her 'fix-its' or most commonly, getting a little too into the Quidditch game.
Extra: Wand: 10", made of Sequoia wood and a core of Hippogriff feathers. A strong wand that requires a strong will to master but also demands respect from teh caster, good to keep TerryAnne at least a little humble. She plays Quidditch and has played all positions with her sisters, but is unsure as to whetehr she prefers Seeker or Keeper, both of which she is fabulous at. Might be tempted into the choir if her friends join, and would be a Soprano if she did so, but otherwise no. She doesn't write her own spells, though has tried, something just always goes wrong... Patronus is a majestic Wolf. ^.^ She also brings with her a large Barn owl named Chess, after the Chesire Cat. She claims his large moonlike face reminds her of the Cheshire Cat removing his head, an odd comparison but one that makes sense to her.

Age: 16
Appearance: She has long curly red hair that she tries to keep straightened. Her hazel eyes are very large so they always appear to have a look of mild surprise which unnerves those around her. Especially in potions class. She likes to wear long peasant style skirts with a matching shirt and chunky jewelry. Her favorite earring are dangly starshaped ones with purple jewels. She is tall and a little gangly, as tall as some of the boys in her class. She wears black squareish glasses, but has contacts to wear also. She likes to try and convince people that she has corrected her vision when she wears her contacts. Her favorite pair of shoes are a pair of black mary jane flats with a bow. She ties her hair back a number of ways but prefers a long low braid.
Personality:She is very tolerant. She doesn't care if you're her friend or public enemy number one, she will act friendly towards you. Of course this can often lead to trouble for her as people will often take advantage of this. However if you harm one of her friends she likes to throw things and has rather good aim. She doesn't like to see anything die, even a spider. She tends to say strange things that seem out of place, such as commenting on the decor of a funeral home when attending a funeral. She got some strange looks for that one. She is quick to laugh about stuff and can't stay angry very long. She'll get distracted or want to say something to you. She likes to think she's artistic but in all reality she isn't.
Alignment: Although occasionally distracted, she is a good guy.
Lineage: Half blood, Wizard mother, muggle father.
Brief Bio: Her mother liked to use magic in the home to do just about anything, but this upset her father so he left when Rachel was young. She wants to be a writer or a reporter so she always carries a notepad and pen with her. Her questions tend to unnerve all but those with huge egos. Her favorite subjects are Slytherins because she finds that they like to talk about themselves.
Extra: She is a chaser on the Hufflepuff team and this is about the only time you'll see her act vicious. She likes to read the Daily Prophet and pick out errors, then send in letters. The Prophet hasn't answered any but that doesn't matter to her. She has a Great Horned Owl named Hermes. Her wand is oak wood with a fairy wing, centaur hair core. She really likes her wand. She also has a thing for sugar quills and has about five on her person at all times. Her favorite color is midnight blue.

Appearance: She is tall and somewhat pale, with dark brown hair cut in a bob. Her eyes are a piercing blue that look as if she could kill you. She likes to wear black dressy clothes with silver accents and always wears black pumps. If she isn't wearing those she's wearing her black boots of course. She has a very disarming smile
Personality: She is mysterious and doesn't give things away about herself. She is distrusting and a very good actress. She is manipulative and sneaky. In her classes she shows some favoritism toward Ravenclaws and isn't afraid to give detentions or take away points.
Alignment: Because she's a teacher she can't be openly evil but she's not a good guy.
House: Ravenclaw
Lineage: Pure blood, but this means nothing to her.
Brief bio: She was exposed to magic as a young child, and it wasn't always the good kind. She liked experimenting with her fledgling powers and when she went to Hogwarts she liked to experiment with spells. She liked to "practice" on other students but was never caught because the teachers loved her. Plus her smile was able to convince the teachers that she'd never hurt anyone. She later applied to hogwarts to keep an eyes on the students.
Extra: She knows about the curse that the DADA teachers disappear after the year and intends to use that to her advantage. If things go wrong and she's discovered, she's going to disappear as if the curse took over. If things don't go wrong she's going to stay because she doesn't believe there was a curse. She thinks that the other teachers just weren't truly qualified for the job. She dislikes the other houses. In her opinion, Gryffindors are fake and full of themselves, Slytherins are arrogant and stupid and Hufflepuffs are weak and easily manipulated. Her wand is rosewood with a phoenix feather core.

Age: 25
Appearance: Blonde, in the annoying stereotypical way. She has super-silky, soft bonde hair that reaches just below her shoulders. The only color she ever wears is pink. Lots. Of pink. She is of course very pretty and uber-skinny, but the most startling things about her are her eyes. Jessinine is blind. Her eyes are clouded and have not seen a thing since she was blinded 21 years ago.
Personality: Jess is always, very, very, happy. She is the classic cheerleader, which makes it all the creepier that she is the Potions Master. Because she is blind, her other senses have been highly developed, especially her sense of hearing. She delights in telling her students that she is blind and scaring them. Everyone, no matter who it is, inexplicably trusts her, whether it be a student or a teacher, Jess has perfected the art of being the naive dimwitted blonde. Nobody ever suspects her of doing anything wrong because nobody believes she is capable of it. Everyone sees her as the airheaded, beautiful teacher, though she stills creeps people out being the blind potions teacher...
Alignment: Evil. Pure scarred-childhood-led-to-corrupt-adulthood-evil.

Lineage: Pureblood
Brief bio: As a young girl Jess was friends with Aurelia, though neither remember that now. As children Aurelia and Jess found out that they were half-sisters, their fathers were one and the same, and when Aurelia's mother found out, she killed the father and Jess's mother. In a desperate attempt to protect Jess, the father blocked the killing blow aimed at her, causing the girl to live, but to become blinded. Aurelia was taken away by her mother and Jess was left to fend for herself.Jess has now lost both her parents, her sight, and her memories of the day and preceding years. She is eventually found and taken to an orphanage, where she adopts a cute, chipper attitude. She is always seemingly the perfect angel, but whenever parents come to adopt her, something about her is always... off. No matter how perfect she acts, her blind eyes reveal the scarring within her. Eventually she grows old enough to be sent to Hogwarts, where she goes along with Aurelia, they are in seperate houses and so do not associate much, thus never recognizing each other, not that they were likely to do so in the first place. She befriends everyone in the place, making her the 'popular girl'. Her blonde hair and love of pink were classic stereotypes of this and her being blind only made everyone love her more because of how hard her life must have been. She then took everyone's love and respect and used it against them. She enjoyed listening to people's darkest fears, or concerns with others and then bringing those fears and concerns to light, without any blame coming to her. How could you blame Jess? She was always innocent. Just because she had been the only one to know that this girl had a huge crush on this guy but her best friend was dating him, and a week later somehow the best friend knew about the boy and girl's secret date the previous night. It had to be her own fault, not Jess's. Nobody thinks Jess could even think of devious things like that. She's too perfect. She works now at Hogwarts because this was one of the only places where she felt she belonged, because people respected her here.
Extra: One of the things nobody suspects because she is so airheaded is the strength of her memory. But being blind, it is near perfect, a photographic memory. She excells at things like Wizards Chess because of it. Her Patronus is a swan. Often pictured for its grace and beauty but these animals are deadly and have a habit of drowning anything that gets in its way. Her wand is 8" made of Hemlock wood and with a core of Augurey feathers. (Irish Pheonix). Her wand is quick with reactions and excellent for Potions, also quite evil. Subtle, but evil. Like her.

Age: 35
Appearance: He has a large eyes and a small, but pointy nose. His hair is spiked up and prematurely grey. His eyes are green. When not in his robes he wears a suit and tie, neither of which look in as good a shape as they should. He also always wears bizarre socks and the occasional bizarre Tie. He's very fond of Quidditch and will wear Team Clothes if there's a game going on (He's a bit fan of the Irish team). He also wears glasses. He's a little on the short side.
Personality: Insane. While he may look refined (other than his hair) he's a nutbag. His motto is, "If it was safe, I wouldn't do it" and that's how he lives out his life. He's always the first to take a risk, regardless of the consequences, and by some form of Dumb Luck he's survived as long as he has. Don't be fooled though, he's no idiot. He's head of Ravenclaw house for his sharp wit and quick thinking in otherwise dangerous situations. As far as the discipline of children goes, he's not really one to dish out detentions. If he catches students fighting though he runs them through Severe Quidditch drills, typically in something they're not good at....The Nurse doesn't like him.
Alignment: Good....We think....
House: Ravenclaw Head of House
Lineage: Muggle Born
Brief bio: Alfred was a child with a high IQ born to a respectable muggle family. But he had always been a daredevil, doing stupid things and surviving, the adrenaline rush keeping him sane....or so he said. He received his letter and was assisted by a witch appointed by the school in the attaining of his materials due to his background. Alfred excelled in school, particularly in Arithmacy, and would have been Head Boy for Ravenclaw if not for his track record (Insane = trouble). He was also on the quidditch team, a Chaser, and actually led his house to a few victories. After he graduated he tried to pursue a career in Quidditch, only to be denied due to his odd behavior. He did catch the attention of one Quidditch loving Adrian Cortwright however, the two becoming fast friends. Alfred was hired to Hogwarts to teach kids what he believes is the most essential skill in witchcraft.
Extra: His wand is a Sturdy, 9 inch, Ginko wand with A Billywig & Fwooper feather core. His Patronus also happens to be a Fwooper. He's coach for the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team. He has a collection of Rememberalls he's collected over the years in his office. When not in the Quidditch Pitch or Teaching He's exploring the Forbidden Forest. He can't sing, so don't ask him to, because he'll try.
It's also important to know, that he's still a muggle at heart, meaning he likes to do Muggle things. He's not fond of the Muggle Studies Teacher though.
