”Fine, we’ll be there shortly,” H2 said, then hung up quickly and walked with a brisk pace back to Alysah.
“So sorry, ready to go?”
Alysah glared at Hatter.
“I don’t know! Have any more dates you need to talk to?” Alysah’s voice dripped venom.
H2 cringed a bit, “That’s…that’s not what just happened,” he said quickly, trying to defend himself, “It was H2, it’s the second time he called, I thought it was urgent.”
”Of course. Let me see your phone.” She held out her hand waiting.
H2 paused, trying to think. All the texts were wiped, and the only back and forth numbers were his and Hatters. And and it was Hatter’s phone. He handed it to her with an innocent look.
Alysah grabbed the phone and looked through it. She still didn’t trust him, so she swiftly texted H2, ‘where again?’ She figured he had a date with someone else, and had programmed his phone to display ‘H2’ when she called. Since their date was oddly a surprise, she had probably picked the place and Hatter was going to frequently leave her to go meet with this girl. She knew it was paranoid but things had been so weird lately.
((this it still you BTW, and out of context (though it may be all the HarryxDraco art) it almost seems like the Hatters are cheating on us with each other XD *finds this rather comical))

Hatter looked at his phone, buzzing yet again. 'where again?' Hatter sighed, what was making H2 so scatter-brained? quickly he txted back, 'at that restaurant with all the videogames and really good pizza. Now stop txting! Kim's going to eat me!' Hatter sighed again, about to pocket his phone when he thought of something. 'You did grab the dye right?' he texted back.
Alysah stared at the phone, Kim was going to eat him? Was it really H2 on the other line? If so... she was in trouble, Hatter wouldn't be happy with her doubting him, especially since it seemed the boys had planned a surprise double date or something. "Um, oops?" Alysah said sheepishly holding out he phone, hoping he really wouldn't be too mad. As Hatter looked at the text she had recieved Alysah saw it vibrate in his hand. She tried not to sink herself further in the mud by forcing herself not to look at it, since it was probably just H2 asking somehting about the date.

H2 had to try and not panic as he caught the text that Hatter sent after Alysah had given his phone back. If she had caught that they'd both be dead. He shook it off, typing back a 'duh' and then pocketing the phone.
"Alright, it's fine, shall we go now then?"

H2 wasn't sure if Hatter would be mad, I mean it was kind of a paranoid thing for her to do but he never seemed the type...
"Well, you could stand to have a bit more faith in me," he said somewhat sternly, giving her a look, "But I suppose with the way things have been lately, it's alright for you to be a bit on edge."

Alysah smiled, "thanks!" she kissed him lightly on the nose as she said, "I knew there was a reason I loved you so much!" She then turned and raced to a flamingo, hopping aboard. "Come on!"

H2 had to hide a sigh, wondering if perhaps he was in a bit too deep...But he smiled and hopped on the flamingo, taking the driver's seat because he knew where to go.
"Hold on tight," he warned as he pushed the button, the immense speed always leaving the unprepared rider with a problem.
Kim had decided not to waster her time sitting at the table. Bored and frustrated waiting for H2 to finish with his phone business, she'd set up a game of Paper Mario on the game wall and had just made it to the first boss.
"Haha, stupid Hooktail and your aversion to Crickets." she said aloud.

Alysah yelped as the flamingo took off, herself being unprepared as usual for the blasting speed. She hugged on tight to Hatter, hoping that the flamingo didn't break down and fall into the water like last time....
Hatter had pocketed his phone and finally deemed himself calm enough to pull off the continued charade and so walked back out to where Kim was. "Hello dear, what are you playing?"

In little time they made it to the restaurant, H2's parking practice paying off as they landed gently on the platform. He got off, lending a hand for Alysah.
Just a bit longer and you don't have to do this anymore... he thought.
Kim glared at Hatter before turning back to her game, giving the oragami Dragon one last hit with Mario's Hammer and button mashing the A button to skip over the dialogue she'd practically memorized.
"What do you care?" she said, still angry with her seemingly ruined date. She hated Call phones with a passion...

Hatter sighed, just a little longer... He tossed the cell phone down in front of Kim, showing her it was completely turned off, most of the time, actions showed better than wordds with Alysah, he hoped the same idea would work here.
Alysah gladly took Hatter's hand, still shaky from adrenaline. "This place looks nice, I can't wait!" She said, holding his hand as they walked in.

H2 led Alysah in and the two were quickly greeted by the maitre D.
"Oh! What a surprise to be graced with the presence of the Black monarchs this fine evening!" He said, genuinely surprised, "Table for two then?" He pulled out his order pad with wide eyes, ready to escort them.
H2 had forgotten the room was for the White couple, meaning he shouldn't technically know about it.
"Yes. We're actually here to meet with the other monarchs?" He said, trying to sound like he wasn't sure if they had a table. The Maitre faltered a bit, then held up a finger. "A-a moment if you would, your heighnesses..." He picked up a blue phone.
Kim eyed the cell phone, looked back up at Hatter, then down at the phone again. She then saved the game and shut it off, not saying a word. There was a ringing in the corner of the room, Kim dashing over and opening a cabinet in the wall with a phone in it.
"Yes?"
"Miss White? The Black Monarchs have expressed wishes to dine with you. They said they were meeting you here?" he sounded a bit nervous. Kim paused, covering the receiver and looking over to her husband.
"Did you invite Alysah and Hatter on our date?" she looked at him expectantly.

Kim rolled her eyes, "I'm not going to forget this..." She took her hand off of the receiver, "Alright, let them up please." She hung up afterward.
"I can't believe you!"
The Maitre D hung up the phone as well.
"Right this way your majesties!" He said, leading them around to the room, "If you need anything you can use the phone. Enjoy your dinner."
H2 tipped his hat to the Maitre D and opened the door to a heated arguement.
"Umm...after you?"

Alysah looked at Hatter then at the White Monarchs in the other room. "You two did plan this right?" She asked as she stepped into the room. "Hello you two! Is everything obviously not okay?" she said as she stepped between them, their husbands may have screwed over what the girls' had previously thought of as romantic dates, but surely their hearts had been in the right place.
Hatter's face lit up as Alysah walked in, he only just was able to hide the expression before Kim looked back at him. H2 was here and now they could sort this whole mess out and the girls' would never be the wiser. This truly was a Bad Idea.
