It was an invitation to a Tea party. " Want to come? You can also invite more people."

After traviling a day or so, Kaizer looked up at the building where the Mizukage resided,
"Hmmm....I wonder if what i am looking for is here...."
he though about it as he wondered around around the hall way where the office was
