well these are very realistic goals, and for crafting, i recommend buying gold bars, crafting them into gold amulets (unstrung) and sell them to me, i'll buy for 140 gp each (unless trade limits get in the way, then i'll give as much as possible)

unless you have a reason to kill black dragons, like you need the hides, i would HIGHLY recommend either killing blue dragons, or using a better spell when wind stike. wind stike is weak enough, but going against a dragon that has close to the highest mage defence of any dragon is not a really good idea. i suggest blue dragons as there hides are slightly cheaper, but have the lowest mage defence of dragons.

well looking at your goals i would assume you currently have about 74 magic, so lets see what you can do *opens big book o' spells*
OK, you have quite a few choices of what you can do, you have a smithing goal, so you could superheat ore, for most xp per hour without caring about cost the best for this would be iron ore, that would get you close to 100k xp an hour, of course you could also do steel and loose a lot less cash but its about 25k an hour slower.
you could also enchant diamond amulets, pretty fast xp, close to 120k an hour and a nice price.
you also have a cooking goal, which would make bake pie a good option if you have done lunar diplomacy, once again its at about 100k an hour xp, and for minimal loss buy raw garden pies and cast the spell on them.
If you have an elemental balance in your house you can also cast stun on it for about 100k an hour
and if you have done desert treasure and monkey madness and have quite a bit of cash then ice burst on ape atoll on the skeleton monkeys underground, this is the 2nd fastest mage exp you can possibly get.
so there is plenty of ways to train magic, just pick something you want to do that you wont be bored with, that is the most important part.

no problem, also with the ice burst you can also do rock lobsters on waterbirth for a ton of charms which will easily get you your summoning goal

for rock lobsters you have 3 choices, either go to the clan chat: Burstinglobs and ask for a partner there, and someone will probably offer to help you. you could also go to the teamwork section of the official runescape forums and make a post there saying you need a partner to get in the door, one of those should get you a partner, if not then feel free to add me and if i am on (i usually am) ask me to help you in, along as i am not in a place that i can't leave i will gladly teleport to waterbirth and let you in.
