What is your natural hair colour? It's VERY difficult to get hair pure white as you have to keep bleaching it.
Umm there is a hair help thread in the real life fashion part of the forum which is full of helpfull facts!

Manic panic flash lightening kit, leave your hair to heal for a few days, then douse it with Manic Panic Snow White! http://www.manicpanic.com/products.htmlYou might have to flash-lighten a few times before it takes because your hair is dark.

The trick is to use a purple toner after bleaching your hair to counter the brassiness!

I don't have particularly dark hair or anything, but it's definitely brown. Granted I got my hair done in a salon since it was my first dye job, I know they left the bleach in a tad longer than on some people they just checked to make sure the foil didn't get too hot (aka too hot to touch) as that meant it was starting to damage the hair.

If your hair is darker than a very light brown - dark blonde, GO TO A HAIRDRESSER.
Do not attempt to go ice blonde on your own with home kits. It's very hard to achieve with one attempt. You have to do it once, then let it rest for a week or two, then do it again and perhaps again.
It will go orange if you attempt to do it on your own.
Even with toner, if it's orange, it will end up looking a murky brown colour. You need to have it done a few times over. Bleach burns, you just don't notice it with home dyes because they put a numbing agent in it. So you need to go to the hairdressers so they can do it properly.

I agree completely, bleaching your hair to a pure icey white blonde even with Manic Panic (a brand i almost always stand behind) is not safe and can cause numbness, hair loss, hair issues when you're older and horrible irritation, ive been there and done that hun GO TO A HAIRDRESSER
