I see that we have been under a MAJOR re-construction. I would like to ask something....Do you go into someone's house and move something to please you? Or to write a name on something that didn't have a name before? Cause that is how I feel atm...what I had for Squad 9 made sense since I LOVE elemental properties and coming up with ways to manipulate them (also due to the assistance thread I made with Raggnorok to help people in creating their Zan's released powers/abilities.)
Not that I don't like counter-intelligence...BUT HOW IN THE HELL DO I GO ABOUT THAT WHEN I BLOW s**t UP WHEN I'M IN THE MOOD? Like, HELLO!? Fire God, Ifrit, Flame Alchemist, Pyromancer, Flame Walker, Charmander....Can I explain this any better? Or IS my counter-intelligence method by blowing up their base?

Them: "Well first I'm gon-"

i think the names where added to correspond with the ones with the anime.... but i personal though you where the 12th division captain, by the way you rped any who with your inventions
::9th Division, Counter Intelligence::
The 9th Division prevents information from leaking, as well as information being stolen. Their shinigami work close with the 12th Division research facility, to protect it from outside influence. They also prevent important information from leaking into Rukongai, especially information that could cause an uproar or mass panic.
Adding to this, they are also in charge of dealing with tactics and warfare against intelligent beings and massive hollow gatherings, and are the ones responsible for any counter tactics when Seireitei is under attack.
9th Division is also in charge of the memory-replacing that has to be done after shinigami fight in the living world.
the bolded could explain the blowing things up

What the hell was he upset about? I didn't understand his confusing references to invading someone's home in order to change names and then jumping immediately into blowing s**t up on a whim.

I was irritated at the fact my sub forum name was changed from (Elemental Manipulation) to (Counter-Intelligence)
Now it has been solved, now all is right. Don't make me use my counter-intelligence skills -_- *fingers poised like Colonel Mustang*

what if i use my intelligence skills, oh wait shugo will kill me.... i always though of shugo as an elemental vanguard, so let me get this straight, in the fall of the seretei, it was shugos job to counter it! XD, lmao, ahhhh how i love this, (cus i baisicaly ******** with (which to me) might be the strongest shinigami and got away with it without him noticing, awesome awesome (this is clearly a deathwish) so what is the second squads job? i also want an awesome sophisticated explanation!!!
