Onokomottame- An ocular kekkei genkei jutsu of the Houseki clan, which causes the blood in one's veins rush bringing out the user's most killer instincts and murderous intent as well as increasing the power of any meiton type techniques.

Background

Shortly after the Isshido's infiltration of the Uzugakure Archives, Jatai had gone off in search any evidence of the Isshido. When he reached the mountains outside of the village, he noticed a strange multi-dimensional rift that appeared. From it appeared Rosuto who hit his head against the rock hard ground of the mountainous region. It appeared as if Rosuto had lost all of his memory of his past and his life as a ninja, for it wasn't until Jatai saw Rosuto's shinobi identification, which had fallen out of Rosuto's weapon pouch during his fall, did he notice that his name was actually "Rosuto Houseki." What's more interesting is Rosuto's ability to wield and manipulate a Rasengan, which pieces of his past could tie into, had he only memory of it.
