 I am sorry about not coming here in god knows how long but I have been really distracted playing TF2 (I got the PC version >.>)
besides that VALVe hired modders to make a game and today the game came out. Why do I mention that?? BECAUSE VALVe ARE GODS AND ARE GIVING IT AWAY!! D:<
Alien Swarm
It's a full game what means you get to use all Steams things (you need at least one game to use Steam's things) and I think it also means you get to play any mod that is on the Steam site.
The main problem with steam isn't "is my computer going to be able to stand the graphics" there are scripts written to solve they problems ^_^ it's more "does my computer have enough space"...probably not, but you can use your iPod to hold Steam what means you need to connect your iPod to play the games >.>

it should bring out a MAC version soon, VALVe has started to do that, TF2 is now for MAC

Two things:
• Half Life 2: Episode 3
• Portal 2
As soon as those come out, I can die peacefully.
Until then, all I can do is sit around playing Starcraft,
avoiding CS source, and wishing my computer could
run Starcraft 2...

you need at least one game what means you used to need to buy a game but now that Alien Swarm is out you can download that and play happily and then it can run mods like Zombie Panic (or should be able too)
Episode 3 hasn't even been announced yet though.
And Portal 2 will be amazing simply because.
CSS is probably the 2nd best war based game to me, but I'm happy playing TF2 biggrin You can get a hat from Alien Swarm but I need a partner crying offline mode doesn't work and I can't be bothered playing the game with people I can't be arsed with.
edit: for some reason it just won't work crying it closes when it loads, I MUST GET IT TO WORK D:<

reason I play games on the PC is because it's cheeper and better.
For the 360 you must pay yearly and for content that the PC gets for free because companies like VALVe wants consol gamers too get the same stuff as the PC but microsoft won't let them give it for free...
I'm much happier playing the PC version of TF2.
All you really need is some sort of external memory thing and you can ask around for if there is anyway to make the graphics bad so it works better.

a bugs life ._. the reaaaaaly old one that was quite good to be honest but had a really annouying level where you fly over the canyon.
If you decide to get steam then tell me and I'll play you some time biggrin
