This is a thread filled with all the NPCs for the roleplay. Anyone can create one and post it in the thread in the Dressing Room. Here are the ones that we have come up with so far.
All NPCs are fair game to roleplay to anyone. Just keep consistent with what people have written previously, and what their profile states should there be anything specific.

Also, unknown to most people, her heart/chest cavity is mechanized, after a childhood accident. She doesn't like to bring attention to this, because of the hypocracy of her treatment towards MC.

Occupation: OmniDrink's Residential Manager over the Stations for Aekea's Minorities
His work is constant, but he has secretaries to do most of his work, while he sits in his office for the majority of the day. He does, on occasion, Like a good stroll through the town during the night, or on particularly cloudy days, with a pair of ever-present bodyguards trailing behind him. Knowing he's put the town in it's "clean position" is something he constantly brags about, especially to those outside of the town. But when it comes to force, he lets his bodyguards handle thigns, and takes the glory for their work.

If numbers don't fit, then they need to be removed from the equation completely. He will even eliminate politicians or influential people if it means that the production line will run smoothly or faster.

EMeDiaS Emergency Medical Diagnostic System
Originally meant to be used in medical emergencies at Aekea General Hospital. The AI has been "re-purposed" to be used to euthanize rowdy prisoners of OmniDrink in the asylum. Due to OmniDrink's tampering, EMeDias is on the verge of crossing the line to Aekea's medical executioner.

Hailing from Durem, Amalee was originally a defense lawyer. At the time, she saw all her clients as victims. However, every case made it increasingly difficult to keep that vision of good in all. Amalee finally became a prosecutor after a cyborg client almost took her life after the trial. She came to Aekea as upon request of the town to increase the numbers of lawyers in the growing town.
Amalee now sees justice as black and white, like the colors of Aekea. However, without the rights of the mechanical children in place, she cannot show them any mercy and treats them as cold as the steel on their bodies.

Jethro definitely knows the mole bit, he knows Jabber. In fact, the cyborg that took out the captain's eye WAS Jabber.
For the most part, Jabber is pretty tame compared to the last time most people saw him. Let's just say he's more likely to punch you out than goring you on the first go.

Private - Sergeant - Lieutenant - Major - Medic These are your lower level everyday scumbag grunts. The ones you see on the streets every day in their white patrol cars doing the dirtywork. The higher the rank, the fewer members you'll see. None of them are specialized (save for the few sparse medics), they just do what their told to get paid and bash some heads in along the way.
The Privates and Sergeants here are just what you'd expect to see, the lowest of the low. They take any chance they'll get to get violent fast and assert their supposed authority, usually going out of their way to cause some hell for the "inferior" races of Aekea.
The Lieutenants and higher are typically much more professional than that. That's not to say they're not still real ruthless bastards, but they're also not generally going to bust some heads just because it's fun. They have to be cold, brutal, and both willing and capable to accept and follow all orders to the letter to get that kind of pay raise. Anything above a Major is very, very unlikely to see in the streets unless the situation really demands it.
Medics are the only specialists in this division. They can possess any rank, but they usually don't ever make it past Sergeant. They're just as much of dicks as the rest of the squad, but they have some more specialized equipment to keep their team mates running in the field.
The gas masks they wear are equipped with a huge array of tech, including facial scanners for identification purposes, voice modification units that make all of them generally sound like the same husky stormtrooper, communications displays and other such gadgets. They have their pick of OMNIDRINK's weaponry, but the most common thing assigned to the Privates are stun rods and weighted clubs of varying length. Most carry basic sidearms, and a few tote heavier weaponry.
Both genders and all three primary races are represented within the ranks, but with the slight builds generally seen among elves and vampires and the heavy armor worn at all times, it's typically hard tell what or who you're looking at with any given grunt. The much larger and wider ones can generally be assumed to be human males, but there are exceptions to even that rule.

Ceralia has some bias against mechanical children but it's only because she moved to Aekea during the OmniDrink take over. She has even more bias against OmniDrink after the sub-human species act was passed and the result of Jabber's "re-education."
However, the dragon is too tame (or too scared) to actually run out and fight for her own rights. So she just sits there with a smile on her face, following orders from the top.

Joined earlier than Jabber did. He's more of a commando for the sake of keeping the rest of his team safe. In other words, he's reckless but careful enough not to let anyone else get injured too badly (this is excluding criminals). He learned a lot from Jethro during the early days of Aekea's SWAT and is often told to keep the Jabberwocky in line just in case. To be honest, who else would be better to handle the former psychopath than one of his own kin?
Greck loves a good fight but only if it's called for. He's still a cop; though he's pretty much armed to the teeth even out of his uniform (claws and tail anyone?).

She applied for a security job at the town office. It wasn't as exciting as a guard's or a SWAT job but it was a job. Jade figured that she would have to do paper work anyways so the half-dragon just bit her tongue.

Otto seems to be most active in his transformed state. He becomes more aggressive in fights and talks more often in small conversations. In the past during Halloween, he transforms into his wolf state and stalks around the town handing out candy to children. Now? He no longer has such pleasure.
