At first I had a mule but he managed to become much more active, quest for better avi's, gain friends, a nice personality and even fans -.-
Seriously, he gets random free signs, art, and such... and when I go to a thread people tell me to talk with the other dude 'cause he's better...
Now, it seems as if I'm the mule.

Same here. I used to be the mule, but I gained friends, items, etc. and became the main account. =P
The other accounts go online, but not as often. =P
