Dre sat silently on a tree branch awaiting his opponent. The tree boarded on the end of the arena, but gave him a good aerial view of the field. It was rather dusty with a few patches of grass here and there. His opponent would be strong, that much was certain so Dre had prepared himself to utilize the entire arena if necessary.

Up from the earth Chaos formed up, he looked much the same as before but yet he was very different from the last time Dre gazed at him. Chaos gazed at Dre with a cold yet amused smile. "Well well... It has been a long time. I hope you have prepared for our game. You know the basics of my abilities and that alone should give you an edge in our game." Chaos said as a Naginata shot from under his sleeve and into his hand. He then pointed the blade at Dre. "Shall we start our little game now?"

As Chaos arose from the ground Dre leaned forwards and clapped his hand, then stood up on the branch before yelping loudly and stretching with a small smile on his face. "It has been a long time hasn't it... Sensei." He said as he removed his kage hat and robs and threw them off to the side, revealing his usual clothing. "I hate those things." He mutter. "Well know that the greetings are out of the way. He reached for the hilt of his on of his katana's as he saw the blade of Chao's Naginata come out of his sleeve "Lets begin, Sensei." Dre jumped down from the branch then pulled his katana out of his sheath then grabbed onto the hilt of it with both hands. Then he slowly made his way toward Chao's keeping his eyes on him.

"You will have to excuse me but I don't plan to remove my robes. I can't throw away my outer layer of armor." Chaos just watched Dre walk towards him, keeping his eyes on him, but yet Chaos still had not raised his guard yet. Chaos just gave Dre a sly and wicked smile. "You know very well that I am rather sluggish on the move and attack. So you can have the first attack as I have already taken the first move."

As Chaos spoke Dre stopped moving, his eyes still focused on him. "First attack..." He began to think to himself, I remember that Demon Vine jutsu.. but maybe if I attack from... I got it! Dre suddenly reached behind his back, digging into his pouch. Soon after he pulled out two smoke bombs, which he held between his fingers. Dre then swung his arm letting the smoke grenade good mid swing as they quickly moved to Chaos, location. It was a bit early in the match, but the smoke grenades wouldn't be wasted.

Chaos didn't move he just stood there in the smoke. He looked around a bit in the smoke and then chuckled. "Dre, You know I can easily fight in smoke, what are you trying to pull? Hmm..." Chaos would need to watch Dre, he knew much of Chaos's tricks.

As the smoke began to surround Chaos, Dre smirked. He reached into his kunai holster and threw one kunai in Chaos last known direction before using a bit of chakra to jump high into the air, his plan seemed as if it was going well so far, without his vision Chaos couldn't track Dre. And now that he was off the ground he wouldn't be able to track Dre by the vibrations in the floor.

Chaos stood in the smoke as a kunai struck him in chest. He looked down at it and pulled it out from his chest. He just looked at it and tossed it to the side, it had done no damage as Chaos's heavy cloak and under-armor had prevented it from harming him.
"He jumped..." Chaos said with a chuckle. He knows I can feel the vibrations of the earth. So he will be coming down on top of me soon. Chaos looked up in the air, his eyes suddenly turning into a bright gold. My jutsu will increase my eyes but this smoke is a hassle. I will just wait till he will strikes, then I will make my next move.

Dre swung his sword, pulling it up into the air and grabbed the hilt of his sword with both hands as he plummeted downwards, towards Chaos's last known location. On his way down he wondered if Chaos has suspected anything yet, but in the back of his mind he had a feeling that he did but that wouldn't stop him now. Now he was getting close, nearing striking distance and with the force of gravity, plus his natural weight and power it would either be a good shot or a waste of time and valuable weaponry.

((Chaos's armor is made of cloth, leather, and other non-metal armor. You wouldn't hear a clang or much of any noise.))

Chaos kept looking around until Dre finally came into view, yet there was no time at that point to swing his weapon. He couldn't strike back, Chaos only had one choice.
"Is that it?" Chaos said as Dre's blade cut through the cloak, the belts, and the fake skin before stopping at his shoulder. Dre was unable to cut through the vines that made up Chaos's body. "See Dre, my entire body is made up of demon vines now. I can harden my body to steel at a moments notice." Chaos didn't even try to strike back, he figured Dre would simply jump away anyway. "If I hadn't of spotted you at the last second I wouldn't of had been able to harden my vines but it only takes a moments notice."

Once Dre made contact with Chaos's body, first strike and it was a hard blow, but he quickly realized there was no blood and with a cut that deep there should be some. He leaned in attempting to press the blade down more, but the blade didn't move as if his body was made of steel. Dre then quickly jumped back as he readied his sword. No, blood this isn't good. He thought to himself as he changed his footing to a more aggressive stance. "What did you do to yourself, Sensei?" Dre asked as he smirked lightly awaiting an answer. After getting an answer he laughed a little, "well that explains your complexion. An iron defense.. Impressive, your search for power has payed off."

"Yes my student, I turned my entire body into demon vines." Chaos said as he flipped some hair out of his eyes with his hand. "My search for power and knowledge have given me many things. This new body is one of them. Another example is my cloak. This hundred pound cloak acts as my outer layer of armor. But I digress. Shall we continue?"

"Of course, it's your move." Dre said has he held his stance. The only way to attack him and actually inflict damage is to strike when he is off guard, which means I'll have to take out his line of sight.. He thought to himself as he slow began to step to the left, keeping his focus on Chaos, but now it was his move so Dre had no choice, but to pay attention and hope that he could find at least one flaw in his defense. And his cloak... Hundred pounds which explains his slow movements, but it doubles are armor.. He thought to himself again, attempting be be at least 3 steps a head of his opponent; but this wasn't an ordinary challenge so he was sure Chaos was well aware of his strategy. After all he had seen it many times before.
