I know I almost never post but fear not, I'm still here.

I'm wondering if anyone of you have seen this short children's animation about the life of Gautama Buddha. I think it's fairly interesting to watch but I think the narrator could have been a little better.

Oooh interesting! It looks like a flash animation! I liked the song at the beginning (I love Indian music, the way they sing is so interesting...)

On a similar note, they've just released a teaser trailer for the 3 part adaptation of Tezuka's manga 'Buddha' ^^

Dont know if anyone has read the manga, but whether or not you're into Buddhism its a very exciting/epic story, Tezuka never seems to have mercy on his characters, the extreme always happens (hehe something I like about all Tezuka comics I've read!)

BTW, did anyone see the PBS special "the Buddha"?
They had some really beautiful animated scenes of Siddhartha's life.

I read that manga! It was really, really good! It helped convince me that I wanted to be Buddhist.
